She made the process super slick and I was all sorted with all the paperwork to move forward within a couple of weeks.

My second time dealing with Patricia on this particular occasion.

First time being my first purchase on a property - I Felt communication and all relevant paperwork came quick , almost like nothing was stalled , other than the usual delays being in a chain which is expected.

Second and recent time. Re-Mortgaging to pull equity out - less involved than a purchase , but again , everything was dealt with quick and relevant paperwork received in quick succession.

I am in process of buying a Commercial property and im using Patricia.

3rd times a charm they say , but clearly this is not the case when working with Patricia. No Luck needed:).
