Helpful assistance at all times
I am acting as attorney for my son for the first time in the sale of his property The whole transaction went very smoothly and l was kept updated at all times. I would single out Julie's young assistant Daisy in the Sidcup office for especial praise- recognising that l was shy of technology and dealing with my queries in an easy to follow way

Making your will made easy
Like many people, I was very apprehensive about making my will. However, the service provided through Natalia Mascoll at Burtons solicitors, via the Free Wills scheme was excellent. She was very professional, clear, patient and helpful, providing reassurance in response to all my queries. She made what I anticipated would be an emotionally traumatic process as positive as it could be.

I urgently needed legal support from…
I urgently needed legal support from Burtons Solicitors, and from the very first contact, Julia Gerke provided an exceptional level of service. She listened carefully, showed genuine empathy for my situation, and immediately recognised the urgency of my case. Her professionalism and calm approach gave me complete confidence that I was in safe hands.
Julia clearly explained every step of the process, setting realistic expectations and providing a transparent breakdown of potential legal costs. She was proactive in identifying the required actions and communicated effectively with both myself and the third party throughout. I especially appreciated how she kept me consistently updated on the progress being made, ensuring I always felt informed and supported.
Even when Julia was unavailable, her colleague was fully briefed and equally attentive, which reflected the strong teamwork and professionalism within Burtons Solicitors.
Overall, my experience was outstanding. Julia went above and beyond to deliver timely, thorough, and compassionate legal assistance. I would wholeheartedly recommend Burtons Solicitors and especially Julia to anyone seeking dedicated, reliable, and highly professional legal support.
