Antwoord van Butter & Batter Cookie Bar
Hi Jacquelyn- I’m sorry to hear of the miscommunication here. I heard about your father in law and and I did pass on my
Condolences when your friend notified me at the start of the class that you were not going to make it. I did receive your email the next day after the late night, but you said you were sad to miss it, but you did not ask for a credit or a refund. I offered to your friend to bring home the materials. I am a very small business and very open to working things out with my customers should something like this happen.

Lisa was so easy to work with. She created the perfect mini heart shape cookies with my business logo on them.
They were a hit at the bridal fair. They are incredibly tasty for “sugar cookies”. Thank you will be ordering on the regular for all events.
