I've just used Buymaterials.com for the first time. A very straightforward, easy to use website and great that you can obtain quotes so quickly for your project. I had collated several quotes myself beforehand but Buymaterials were more competitive. I contacted customer care a couple of times with questions and found Stewart very helpful and reassuring. I've just received my first delivery of materials on the date requested with no hitches. So far very impressed.

Very interesting concept. It works for me. And the “on the minute” response from the support team gives me confidence that any issue would be dealt with immediately.

We have been working with Geoff and the team for the last six months, and they have not only managed to get us the best price but also provided great service.

The service is easy to use. Somebody checked in with me to offer assistance (it wasn't needed but good to know I could contact somebody).
The supplier delivered the goods and it was a lot cheaper than going direct.

We have been building our home extension since August last year , and most materials have been purchased through this website. Jonathan has helped us get quotes and materials since day one, and would have saved us hundreds of not thousands of £. Always quick to respond even when we were under time constraints. Highly recommended and will continue using their services as we work on the interiors.

Excellent communication from BuyMaterials and the merchant, couldn’t have been smoother. Had Geoff from BuyMaterials checking in and answering a few questions I had. Highly recommend I’ll be using from now on rather than shopping about myself

Really simple and easy to use great range of products available and easy to navigate site.
Delivery didn’t arrive when it was meant to but one call to account manager at it was sorted and delivered within 2 hours!
Will definitely be using the site again I got a better price than I could get on my own trade account and the materials came from my usual merchant!
