I am a DIY customer and used Buy Materials for the first time. I found it easy to use and I got a great deal on fencing supplies. I’d usually buy from B&Q but I got a better price and better quality from a local company.

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough- they’re brilliant!
I’m a DIYer, embarking on a huge project. The thought of spending thousands of pounds on loads of different types of materials was intimidating. BuyMaterials took all that stress away, ensuring I paid a good price for quality materials, incredibly simply.
Jonathan especially was fantastic. Helping juggle multiple merchants, materials that weren’t on their website and changes to the quote.
Their response time was insanely quick to everything & Jonathan was always warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service

I'll admit I'm a novice... but constantly doing projects round my house. Always felt a little out of place going to tradey places, so it's awesome I can put an order in online, get the trade prices, and get my stuff no worries 👌

I found the service very easy to use as a DIYer. I think I got a good price from local merchants and all the materials came on time and in good condition. I recieved very good customer service from Stewart, head of operations. I would definitely use again.

I spent a lot of time researching materials to find the best price but these guys managed to undercut most items saving me money.
In addition, dealing with just one company means one delivery fee, one set of emails, one payment.
Delivery was on schedule, materials were as described and customer service was exceptional.
Would highly recommend.

This is a brilliant website for rapidly getting multiple quotes. I received everything I needed quickly and at a great price. Communication was also excellent. The only slight niggle is that I was told I’d get a small rebate for my first order but it didn’t arrive. Otherwise highly recommended.

Edit - I was too hasty with this review and have just received the rebate.

A great way to order our building materials, by using BuyMaterials.com and employing the trades directly I have saved over £4000.00 on our garden project.

Great team, massive thanks to Stewart and the rest of the team that have helped me. They go above and beyond to help. They will even look for items not listed on their site if you need them.
I have saved loads going through them.
