I have ordered a few times from here and received my order correctly but some cans tasted funny and the ingredients labels missing now I have worked out what they do when their cans go out of date they remove the labels or stick 1 of their own reorder labels over the date.
So bad I’m sure that’s breaking laws somewhere.
DONT BUY STICK WELL CLEAR SCAMMERS !!!

We do not remove date labels to disguise products, and we would never knowingly send anything we believe to be unsuitable. In some cases, certain tubs may arrive from suppliers with different label formats, importer labels, or over-stickers, but we understand why this may have caused concern. I think you might have us mistaken with another company as we dont ship to spain.

Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company, well I say company it’s far from a company.
Ordered 2 packs and received just one and a so called free gift that was terrible (that’s the reason it was free, stock he cant sell).
He said he checked the ‘cctv” and they definitely put 3 packs in the box.
Firstly it’s against the law in the uk to use CCTV to watch over any employee, so that’s absolutely rubbish that they checked the cctv.
Secondly the customer service by calling your customer a liar is appalling.
Total scam, he will send you anything he has in stock regardless to what you’ve ordered. Stay well clear. The positive reviews are fake as.

I didn't get my products
UPDATE:
The company reached out to me with a very nice apology and offer to correct the mistake. I chose a refund, which they promptly issued. I appreciate their handling of the matter.

Buy Nicotine Pouches sent me 7 cans of the incorrect products, and did not send the free can as promised on their website. I emailed them asking them to please send the 7 cans that I had ordered, and they responded that they would only do this if I sent back the cans that they sent me by mistake.
I explained that it's not fair for me to spend my time, energy, and money to fix THEIR mistake. They did not change their position and hence I will not buy from them again.
If you want the products you actually order, I recommend going elsewhere.

Put in a decent order. Great value, but two wrong items sent. Ordered 2x fresh mint nicopops but received freeze mint. £12 worth of my order. Unfortunately no use to me, as hate menthol.
Other than that, rest was fine.
