I have been using this company for years and they have never failed to deliver next day for FREE (depending on how much you spend I think) prices are fair and I have always found the customer service to be outstanding - highly recommend

Excellent service! I regularly order Terea from here and I couldn't be happier. The prices are great, and they always dispatch on the same day. Delivery is consistently next-day, which is impressive. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, their customer support is incredibly fast—I usually get a response within an hour and they resolve everything immediately. Highly recommended!

I used to buy my Blu pods from Blu. I got so fed up with all the hoops I had to jump through with Blu. Constantly cancelling my subscriptions because there system was not working. Missed orders that never arrived. I was exhausted from it, so decided to try another supplier. Well....The Electric Tobacconist came up in my search, so I though I would risk trying them. I recieved my order which I placed just before the 7pm deadline and was shocked to recieve it by 11am the next day! Amazing service, exactly how service should be. Thank you The Electric Tobacconist!

The service the guys at electronic tobacconist is absolutely amazing...
Placed order at 18.30hrs and within 2hrs it was processed, dispatched and in the hands of the Royal mail.. not only that but the quality of the items I got were such high quality and the price was unbelievably reasonable...

Had been ok but the last 2 deliveries ordered on a Friday did not arrive until the Monday. Update still not arrived. Sent by royal mail 24 there has not been any update to the tracking =

I’ve just experienced some excellent customer service from Scott and Tia. My fault I misordered and I have to say they were very helpful and rectified the situation in a very professional way and quickly. Thanks to them both

I've been ordering from ET for a number of years, I always order the same liquid but this time it tasted different (like the supplier had put the wrong juice in the bottle, not ET's fault at all). I put in a ticket expecting to hear back in a few hours, within one minute I had an email from Tia and within half an hour of a couple of emails back and forth she arranged replacement liquids and a return form and envelope to be sent (which if previous orders are to go by I'll get tomorrow). Top notch company, top notch support. Thank you so much.

Hands down ET has the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer.

I had a traumatising situation because of the DPD couriers. ET was very quick to respond to my emails, they were able to give me some store credit for the delay. After a few days of waiting for DPD to deliver it was obvious that they have misplaced my parcel somewhere in their depot. ET was able to quickly reship my order using Royal Mail, and I received it successfully the next day without any issues.

Thank you ET Team, you will keep having me as a customer as long as you sell Terea and keep the amazing Customer Service! 🙌

Buying from them is ok until you contact customer service . I’ve emailed them twice now telling them about the faulty rechargeable batteries and no reply.
I’ve given them all my details and my order number and I’ve had no response from them. Very bad customer service and product

Electronic tobaccionist have provided decent service on 3-4 occasions preeviously.
However on this occasion. They told me to check the fire button. I pressed what I thought was this but they Tia told me it was wrong then went onto describe the button I had pressed but did not tell me where the fire button was!!!!!!! The she told me to post the faulty items back to her so they can test them.
Unfortunately I have terminal cancer which does not enable me to get to a post office( and there are not many in this neck of the woods about 50 north of Inverness). Tia told me Royal Mail will collect the item but I have never heard of this and I do not see why I should be put to the expense of returning a faulty item.
I do not expect to be made to jump through HOOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have now come back to me to say on this occasion they will replace the faulty items. I live in hope just 🤞🤞🤞

I've made an order around 13.00. I've got an e-mail in 15mins says that; irder has been dispatched. And my delivery arrived next day morning. That was excellent.
