DO NOT USE THIS PLACE Buzz Tech will rip you off. They are rude nasty and very unprofessional. Try B&D GUITAR AND TECH located @ 2202 Lone Cactus Rd. Phoenix Az 85027 Ask for lowel for tech support and Billy for Guitar repairs B&D Guitar & Tech shop is way more superior to Buzz Electronics. At B&D Repair shop you'll notice the friendly welcoming attitude from Billy and Lowel. In some case's Lowel will stop what ever he's doing and adress your problems right then and there. Sometime repairing your Items before you even leave their shop. So in my opnion Stay clear of BUZZ their simply thieves!!! And Try B&D Guitar and tech repair, You can't go wrong with B&D !!!

Very poor & neglectful coaching/instruction on using the tools. When I complained, the Head of Customer Success responded, saying she'd escalated my cancellation and refund request & stopped automatic billing, but she then went unresponsive, despite more emails. They don't publish phone numbers for their staff. They continued to bill my account for months afterwards, despite assurance that they would not. Finally had to block payments at my credit card.

Buzz is one of my favourite sales tools. A huge portion of our leads come from Buzz campaigns. I love how it automates the majority of my GTM tasks. It's like getting leads on auto-pilot.

A score of 1 star is too high for this company. Our subscription was cancelled, and yet payment taken from our credit card. We were warned by a colleague that this was their MO, but we thought we'd circumvented their dishonest ways... ALAS

Spam Warning

Why do companies feel that they can ignore GDPR and send out SPAM email on lists they purchase online ?

Buzz.ai are a company like that who feels spamming people will get them more business. I would never trust or use a company that Spams me and would advise people to do the same and send the spam to the bin. They use the domain buzztechx.com to Spam you to keep their domain clean !

Remember Most Spammers are scammers and looking at the reviews on here I think that may be the case.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! AND NEVER USE THEM!!!
In general, useless software without any analytics and tracking capabilities.
Their database is rather poor and useless without SalesNavigator at all. Their LinkedIn outreach tools aren't worth their money, their email and sms/call outreach is simply useless.
The only thing that attracted us was that it could be a one-for-all outreach platform, which appeared to be a one-for-nothing outreach platform.
After a year of different approaches, we decided to cancel their software according to the agreement we made, with an advanced notification (there was a one-month notification; we've notified them 2 months before the subscription renewal). And on a payment day, they've charged us, and there have been almost 2 weeks have passed, and no update; they simply STOLE OUR MONEY!!!
These guys are fraud! Don't use their shitty soft, there are dozens of much better companies which will at least not charge you when you cancel the subscription!!!!

Eli is amazing. He's always on time, he thinks out of the box, and has really helped my campaigns tremendously. He's a good trainer as well as a good leader.

Support staff is fantastic and the tool works incredibly well for verticals that spend lots of time on LinkedIn.

Advertised as “Payment Made Simple” and to a point it was but, when the parking was almost up I decided to purchase additional time, selected a further two hours, price displayed choose to pay, nothing. Tried several times, impossible to extend. As we wanted to extend our stay in Truro and go for a meal. Impossible, tried calling the customer service number, just a voice mail at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday!!

The worst site I've have come across. Pure patterned spinning against your money, absolutely fixed. Complete scam, following the conrupt industry that it is. Glad my company gave me the chance for market research.

From Raving Fan to Chargebacks - Beware!

We started as raving fans of Buzz and even referred ~8 accounts. The service looks polished, but performance was inconsistent: repeated days with low/zero sends. With daily limits set to ~36 connection requests/day, our average hovered around ~15/day. We canceled in mid‑August.

That’s where it got ugly. Cancellation wasn’t self‑serve. Support made us complete a separate “Cancellation Request Form” and wait 48 hours...meanwhile, billing continued. Despite acknowledging our cancellation, we were charged again mid September. Days later, Buzz emailed saying our subscription was “fully cancelled,” then asked us to withdraw the dispute so they could “refund faster.” Weeks of follow‑ups, still no full refund. We’ve filed multiple chargebacks.

My take: there are better tools out there. If you try this tool, document everything, set a cancel reminder, and don’t withdraw any dispute until the money is actually back. I wish someone had warned me.

Do not use this company/platform. This company will bat and switch you the representative are very dishonest. You will promise you the world get you into a subscription and provide no service. They will ghost you. You have to beg someone to get customer service. Then when you finally get someone, they are rude and unhelpful. On top of that, when you request cancelation, they will not let you out of the subscription and stall you until the subscription renews. You can express cancelation but will not make you aware of the process and keep billing you. They will not talk to you on the phone and only communicate through email. The platform is TRASH don't do it. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Check on your auto-renewal date!!! And put a reminder in your calendar for 31 days before that.

If I could give this experience negative 5 stars I would.
I didn't want to write this review. I wasn't aware I was on an auto-renewing annual contract. I was not proactively contacted by anyone to remind me that I was or to see if I was a happy, active customer. I contacted Customer Support 3 weeks before the renewal date once I realized it was coming up and asked to cancel my license before that date, told them I had not been notified about my renewal, and that no one attempted to retain me. I am an individual licence for Buzz... they don;t make big money on me. They could not inform me one way or the other if they would be charging me for another YEAR of my licence even after I pulled in the Head of Customer Success. This was terrible communication, lazy customer success team that relies on people forgetting their auto-renewal to make money, and providing unclear, vague answers when pressed. I can no longer recommend anyone work with this company.

Excellent Troubleshooting Skills - He solved the problems that i faced in no time - He made it look easy for me to set prompts on an AI Tool.
