I had an excellent experience. Shipped quickly - little bubs arrived in great condition and a week later they're happy and healthy as can be. This is the second time I've ordered fish from BW.

I ordered a "LP" premium quality wild Betta antuta from BWAquatics and had a great experience. I chose UPS Next Day Air, and the fish arrived quickly, healthy, and very well packaged with RFID tracking.
The betta was exactly as described; true to quality, full of personality, and settled in quickly with noticeable color and activity improvements. It’s clear the fish was well cared for. I would confidently recommend BWAquatics to anyone looking for high-quality wild bettas.

Customer service and product is amazing. However checking out on the website was a real chore for reasons me and customer service couldn't really figure out. I mean I managed to get the order in and the staff was very helpful. It was just an extra hassle I probably wouldn't have dealt with if I knew anywhere else to get these fish of this quality.

Half of Rasboras died. Bags were smaller than any other shipper I have never seen so little water used. Water was also yellow. First time ordering Beta online. Very small bags and about 3 ounces of water. Don't know why but recieved shipping notification the day after they arrived. I like to be home when fish arrive so not knowing meant the fish sat on the porch for a few hours.

Shipping was delayed due to cold weather but the fish arrived promptly once they were finally sent. Both fish I ordered arrived in good condition and have since colored up wonderfully. Solid experience, can't recommend these guys enough if you want to try your hands at these kinds of rare and unique fish.

Bettas came in super great shape and shipping quality was great. Even though I brought my package in as soon as it came, I can tell this package could’ve lasted a bit longer with the super warm heat pack provided with my shipping. Definitely recommend getting bettas from BW aquatics.

This was my first time ordering fish online. The package came 26 hours after ups received the package over 1000 miles away, worth the 50$ of shipping. Fish came individually bagged and padded well. The heat pack was still warm to the touch. The fish are all healthy and gaining their full color. Their response time through email is great too with a response of around the next day.
