There is no phone no for cust service …
There is no phone no for cust service and nobody is answering my emails. I placed an order #BYT6210 and I didn't receive my entire shipment. One of the products I ordered was missing. The packing list said it was in the package but it was not and I paid alot for it. So disappointing!! No way for me to get ahold of customer service!

Great products and outstanding customer service.
The cosmetics are excellent. My order didn’t arrive on time due to postal issues, and on the advice of customer service I received a refund. Almost a month later the package finally arrived, and when I asked for a new payment link, they kindly told me to consider the order as a gift.
I truly appreciate such honesty and care for customers.
As a suggestion, international orders might be even better sent via trusted express services like DHL or UPS.
I’m confident my next experience will be even better.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My item didn’t arrive on time after paying next day delivery but the was Royal Mail’s fault. They answered my email straightaway snd refunded me the overnight delivery charge. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and how quickly my issue was resolved.

I've been a customer for many years and I love By Terry products. Particular stand outs for me that I buy repeatedly are the hyaluronic eye serum, the liquid lip balm, brightening cc serum, tea to tan (the best no transfer tan). Terrible product/Terrible customer service.
By Terry Baume de Rose is a terrible product. The applicator sponge fell off. The company did not stand by its' product and after contacting them six times did not respond. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!
