Care 4 is very nice place to work. They really are very understanding and flexible and gives u alot of freedom in choosing your shifts. Wages are always paid on time. 24/7 available for any kind of guidance. Would love to work with them very long.

I have been working for C4 for nearly two years now. It’s a really good agency with plenty of work available. The work varies from carehomes for the elderly to young peoples carehomes.

C4 uses a app that allows one to choose shifts, book holidays, see their pay and much more.

An adjunct to my recent review of C4 Care
The most distinctive element of C4 Carers is that they understand and deliver the difference between Care and Caring. Care can be given on a perfunctory basis by almost any organisation. C4 Care, however, always find the time to Care, to sit down and chat with their clients while still doing all expected of them, making each of their visits something to look forward to; a real highlight of the day!

C4 have been providing daily care for my mother for the last year. Their care has been excellent and they have shown genuine kindness and compassion for my mother. If it was not for them I do not know how we would have coped.

Very happy with C4 Care and the way they are dealing with my elderly Father in Law.
We live a long way from his home and have to put our trust in someone else, something that has proved a positive experience since they have been involved in his care.
They seem to go the extra mile when it is necessary and we never have to worry about contacting them to request special consideration at times.
