Displayed prices were way different…
Displayed prices were way different than what I was charged. I then canceled by mistake and your online customer service persons were completely USELESS in helping. In fact, their suggestions for helping me were rather an insult. Example, "would you like me to help you find current prices?" How is that helpful, I can do that myself all day long. My request was to reinstate my booking, which they failed to help with that request.

Impossible to talk to anyone and itinerary number failed multiple times
trying to dial in and talk to an agent is very difficult. Your system also failed to recognize the itinerary number for my reservation 3 times...on the fourth attempt it worked. I finally managed to work my way through your system so I could request a call to the hotel as I am seeking a cancellation on a non refundable reservation because westjet changed my itinerary

With snow storm following our trip
With snow storm following us on our drive south we had to cancel all our hotel reservations and rebook for 2 days later.
Only one reservation. Hotel.com said no refund but I checked with hotel and they will do refund because it was within the cancellation time.

Easy to book with a minor glitch
It was easy to select the location, dates and view the hotels on the map view. What I would have liked the information to have been more clear that the full payment was due at the time of booking and not just a deposit. Otherwise, everything else was good!

It was a simplistic checkout process…
It was a simplistic checkout process however it was very disappointing to see that after selecting my dates and room my original quoted price was updated and increased once I added by credit card information.

i mistakenly booked a hotel that took…
i mistakenly booked a hotel that took money from me right away. i always book hotels where i pay at the property due to my ever changing schedule. i booked the hotel wrong so the mistake is ultimately mine, however Hotels.com took the money out of my account in mere seconds and once i canceled the hotel for a full refund i was told it would be 7-10 business days to get it back.
