Excellent service. I could not believe how quickly I was helped. It was very easy communicating with the engineers, when I wanted anything changed, I sent an email and they responded immediately with modifications. Would recommend to anyone. They are very good at making sure your final product is exactly what you wanted.

As far as tips to improve the service, it might help to use some sort of project management tool or software to post the files, comment on items, track changes and history to review. It can't be too complicated. A simple tool can go a long way.
