Cady is overpriced and they send you a coupon code that does not work. Coupon is good through tomorrow, states of senior packages and it did not work.
A company full of thieves and air heads!
This company is a scam and I can't believe they are still allowed to be in business!! They are literally taking people money. I had a credit to my account for my daughter's pictures but they also sent me an email for 30$ off when I order the pictures. They did not honor that email and said my credit is where the 30$ would come from! Wtf..how? The credit is.my own.money so basically the 30$ they offered came out of my money!! Stupid! Not to mention the customer service reps have no clue about anything and sound like they are reading from a script!! I Jaye a bull!@#t company. I really hope someone comes up with a.better company to use for Senior picture because these people are modern.day thieves! Make me sick
Huge RIP OFF
We paid for the digital download of the senior photos initially when they were taken and we were told that it included all photos, but the cap and gown photos would not be available until Feb 2026. Now we get a notice that to get the cap and gown photos, we have to purchase yet another package. When I called to ask why we had to pay and we were told that the initial fee covered all photos, she just kept repeating herself that we have to pay to get the photos. When I asked for a manager she told me that the manager would tell me the same thing. Now as someone who worked in customer service for over 30yrs, this is NOT something you tell a customer. However, it seems to be the norm these days with this new generation.
She told me to sit by the phone and wait for a call back. Forget that, his father is a photographer, we should have skipped this experience all together. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Horrible service …
I had canceled mine because they wouldn’t change my schedule to the same day as my brother in law as they were the only ones who could take me i spent hours on the call the first person said no but then a lady said yes they would this was on Thursday and they said they would return my money back within 24 to 48 hours I called again today they said I needed to cancel 7 days prior to the appointment which is stupid cause they didn’t tell me that before I need my money back am not going to use the credit for anything so I need the money back or I will talk to the school about this
Absolutely the worst photos and they…
Absolutely the worst photos and they lie and steal. I sent the portfolio back and they charged me anyway. It's their label I could only print and still claim to have no idea. We had to have photos taken with a real photographer since their quality is terrible. I would never use this fraudulent company with deceptive policies that steals from customers after forcing their inferior product and service with no options.
Fraudulent Charges
I booked my son’s senior pictures with Cady, who was recommended by the school. I paid when I booked and went to his session a month later. We told them we did not want anything extra, just the photos we paid for. A month later, they charged my account 230.00!!!!
Bad quality and terrible customer service
Had two kids now go through the Cady experience. And, it's truly terrible. Sadly, our school yearbook contracts with them, so if we wanted senior photos in the yearbook, this is the only go to. The photographers are teenagers, not experienced. Photo lighting was completely washed out on first kid, 2 years ago. And, you didn't have control over what photos they decided to provide to you for selection. Second kid, they made her do poses that we 100% knew we would not choose, but part of their "process" is to do certain standard poses and you have accept those poses as part of your 10 photo selection. The prices for just digital images (you get 10) is outrageous. Then, they take photos of your cap and gown during the same session but won't let you include those in the initial price. You have to pay for those separately at a later time. My advice, it's cheaper to hire your own photographer for quality photos that you actually will want.
Very Disappointed with Cady
Very Disappointed with Cady:
To start with, we had to pay a $21 sitting fee for the required Senior tuxedo top photo for our son to be in the yearbook. We did not order any outfit changes or a portfolio of photos.
When I went to order a single 8x10 sheet, the total for ONE print, tax and shipping, is $69.69.
A Senior photo is a milestone memory. For Cady to be charging close to $70 for one print is ridiculous and unforgiveable. Shame on you Cady for upcharging customers based on emotions.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Had to do one star because you can’t do 0 stars, this is the worst scam company I’ve ever come across an CANNOT BELIEVE public schools use this unethical company. word of advice, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO even for the yearbook sitting photo , they will charge your card months later for a “portfolio” that comes 30+ days later than the “60 days you have to return it” . Their practices should be illegal and don’t see why there hasn’t been a class action lawsuit against them … and then when you do return it “they didn’t receive it” .. (you can look all this up as well , horrible horrible scam company, don’t know why this company is allowed to operate AND in schools for that matter ..
they were kicked out of the BBB, 112+ complaints used to be a B+
This all public info
-another upset person out 235.00 for another scam company.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CADY. Their misleading $100 discount offer only applies to select packages, and my session was poorly managed. After paying $130 and waiting four hours, only three photos were taken, requiring a reschedule. Communication issues persisted as I never received a promised price sheet, despite multiple requests. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and unprofessional service, including photographers in their early and mid 20's without supervision, made for a frustrating and overpriced senior photo experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I wish I could give 0 STARS!!
I wish I could give 0 STARS!!! WARNING TO ALL PARENTS.
My daughter’s school chose this company, so I believed it was mandatory unless I hired a private photographer elsewhere.
We chose the studio option. Her appointment was 2 PM, but there were 100+ students from all over Georgia. It was basically first come, first served. We waited for hours and didn’t leave until almost 9 PM. Because of the delays, my daughter couldn’t finish her outdoor photos and had to come back another day.
Photographers (Ryan and Riley) were great this is not about them.
I paid $300 upfront, thinking it covered pictures. It does not. It only covers the studio session and photographer. I then had to pay another $50 just to attend a mandatory sales presentation, which is the ONLY way they allow you to see your child’s photos.
They will NOT show proofs unless you attend the presentation and buy a package. That is straight-up bullying parents into purchasing. My daughter took 75–100 poses, and I am not allowed to see a single photo of my own child not even proofs. So what exactly are they doing with the pictures?
Packages range from $899–$1,800. The $899 package is ONE photo printed multiple times. On top of that, you only have 30 days after the session to purchase or you lose access.
This process is misleading, predatory, and unacceptable. I’ve contacted my daughter’s school because I do not believe they understand what families are being subjected to.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
This is a scam company
Very expensive for everything. Cheapest package is over $200 on top of a sitting fee with NO digital prints at all. Sent me a custom-made portfolio (which I did not select poses or backgrounds) and said I had 60 days from my son's sitting (which was 32 days past) to return or I would be charged $240. I returned it using their supplied UPS label but 2 months later was told I had never returned it and they had charged my card the $240. When I checked their tracking number it said that only the label had been created. Fortunately, I have been going to the same UPS store for 20 years and the owners were able to pull it up on the internal UPS system to see that it had, in fact, been signed for and received by their company a week after I sent it. I was able to use those screenshots to prove that I had returned it on time and only then would they refund my money. The UPS store said that the ONLY way the current tracking could have shown that only the label was created had to have been changed by Cady and no one else!

Cayman at Cady worked with my son and did amazing. Easy process. Everyone there had smiles on their faces and were laughing. It’s a nice environment and they have so many props and backdrops! Would def recommend! Thanks Cayman!
My payment was applied to another parent order! I forgot my photos
I ordered and paid for a photo portfolio from Cady Studios on December 3rd. The portfolio never arrived, although the free promotional magnets did.
When I contacted customer service, I was told my payment was applied to an unrelated issue from September involving my stepdaughter’s mother and allegedly unreturned sample photos. I did not place an order in September, do not live at that address, and did not authorize my payment to be applied to another adult’s account or a prior transaction.
Despite this, Cady Studios initially claimed the portfolio was “already delivered” — before my order even existed — and attempted to reallocate my payment without consent.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Payments should not be reassigned without authorization, and customers should not be held responsible for other households’ disputes. I am still seeking either delivery of the product I paid for or a full refund.
I would strongly recommend proceeding with caution when ordering.
If I could give them a negative star I…
If I could give them a negative star I would.
1. Had to pay just to set up an appointment for senior portraits
2. Paid 200 dollars for just the digital package so I could print my own photos
3. They up charge, for photo corrections on acne and glare in glasses
4. The photos I received as soon I paid had no glare in the glasses, so I paid the lesser correction fee for softening on my sons acne… they fully reversed the glare in his glasses since I didn’t pay the 100 for the full correction package even though it was already removed in my proofs that I had viewed before purchase.
3. They submitted the worse photo for my sons yearbook, I reached out to the customer service team to get it back to original photos, they said it couldn’t be done.
They are truly the worst… schools should use a different company. I will never buy pictures from them again.
Wish I could give a zero
Wish I could give a zero! On June 5th, I scheduled my son's session for October 7th. I received email confirmation when I scheduled and also confirmation on October 6th confirming the session for the next day. Cady didn't show up for the portraits at his school. I received an email at 3PM (his session was scheduled for 12:15 PM), rescheduling for October 24th. I tried to book a professional photographer at that point, but no one had availability that could meet the yearbook submission deadline. I didn't receive the proof portfolio until the week of Thanksgiving. I went online to choose his portrait and it had already been chosen. Of course, they chose the one picture that we didn't want. The pictures were subpar, digital so they could see the issues but they didn't take a better one. I tried to order one digital pic and the minimum cost was $300. Unprofessional and overpriced.
Scam, waste of money.
Horrible! You think you’re getting a good deal and then they slap you with ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR YOUR PHOTOS???!?! ON DIGITAL?!? They told us it would be about $300 for the photos, but what is strictly to get the shoot done, in order to actually receive the digital photos you have to pay an additional $900!! Mediocre photos that could have been done on a modern iPhone. I paid over $1,000 and I only liked about 4 of the photos I revived back. Do not come to this place, it is the biggest scam!!!
Do not give them your phone number or an important email because they will mass blast you
Somehow, I signed up with them through my kids school and I highly regret it. They have sent me 16 text messages in three months which I think is absolutely absurd. I’ve heard others complaining about the amount of emails and spam they sent out but it’s really intrusive and very sad way to do business. I finally unsubscribe from Elder communication. The only reason I had not is because I didn’t wanna miss anything important for my kids portraits but at this point I have to cut my losses cause it’s really starting to anger me
They are scammers
They are crooks.
I have two degrees and have been a nurse for 20 years. I read . I make sure of stipulations.
They put their’s in fine print AFTER checkout, and I was billed TEN MONTHS LATER. Just today in fact . I’m locking the card and disputing the charge. I offered to send the portfolio back bc the pictures were not only terrible , but that portfolio is a joke . The portfolio itself isn’t worth $238 . They also make sure to charge you their shipping it to you. You have 60 days to return it but they don’t notify you AT ALL, they wait and then charge 10 months later ??? And after calling , no compromise , not willing to work with the customer. If your child is a senior and the school is using this company, refuse and make sure the school knows it. When you pay the base package ( bc I had an actual senior shoot with actual professional pictures not this junk) you are committing to receiving the portfolio and if you don’t send it back in that 60 days they will charge you whenever they feel like it for it. Over $100 for a rinky dink “thing” that is not a portfolio nor good portrait print . Scammers. Shut them down
