Shooter safety glasses
I purchased a pair of pistol range ANSI-Z87-1 rated safety glasses. Encountered a minor fitting issue. CA Glasses offered immediate assistance and could not have been more responsive to my questions. Also helped me find a perfect solution. I am very impressed with CA Glasses.

Service after the Sale
The Customer Service team is currently remaking my glasses due to an issue with one lens in my second pair of safety glasses. They have been kind, professional and attentive to my problem since I called and informed them. I truly believe they will get me fixed up and back to work! When I need more, I’ll still use CAGlasses!***Update, Dec 23,2025. My replacement safety glasses arrived today and they are exactly what I needed. I am satisfied. Every order I have made, and this remake took about 4 weeks. Just don’t expect fast, and you will be ok. They stood behind the issue and solved it.

Best vision sports goggles.
The first pair of glasses I ordered were a pair of sports goggles with curved transition lenses. Unfortunately my left eye was not center correctly on the lens and they remade the glasses without me sending the other pair back and no additional cost to me. Since then I've ordered an additional three pair of sports goggles and I've been 100% satisfied. In addition that has always been a discount code and glasses that could cost hundreds of dollars were only in the range of $200. Great company great customer service. Since then many peers have been asking me about my goggles and I tell them to go to ca glasses.

Customer Service for the Win
This is our second time ordering from CA Glasses. The quality of the glasses is very good. We needed a new prescription because the prescription changed. The customer service was helpful despite a shipping issue, and text customer service was particularly helpful in diagnosing a problem with the prescription. Sadly our doctor had written the prescription wrong so the glasses had to be made again, but the attention to detail in trouble shooting the problem was very comforting. We recommend CA Glasses!

3 months still no glasses or refund
I ordered prescription shooting glasses on September 5tth, it is now November 25th and I still have not seen any glasses. The first order was delayed (eventually lost) due to postage assessment. I was told they would make a new pair, from what I can tell the lab never heard of it. I finally asked for a refund, still waiting for that after two weeks. Support is horrible. Apparently this review worked, I now have my refund.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that your order was processed and shipped promptly; unfortunately, the shipment was lost by the carrier. We immediately offered a remake at no additional cost, which was declined, and we have since issued a full refund.
We strive to provide excellent service, and it’s disappointing to see a 1-star rating despite our efforts to resolve the situation. We appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you better in the future.
Great support start to finish
This was the first time I bought glasses online. The lenses were spot on for my prescription but the frames were not a good fit. I reached out to customer support and CA Glasses went above and beyond to get me in the right pair of glasses. Very informative and professional customer support.
Sincerely Eric Burrell

CaGlasses Excel customer service and glasses
Leah was very helpful in correcting the defective glasses I received and offered to replace free of charge. I like the fact that when you call they are there to answer and also respond to emails quickly. The glasses I received fit perfectly and were exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend CA-Glasses as the customer service and products support are excellent.

There is a lot of frame options online and once I received my first pair and they didn’t fit, I contacted customer service through email and they help me pick out the right frames for when I play airsoft and ordered them for me as well. Amazing customer service!

Quality product and excellent support
Quality product and excellent support. Initially had a bit of a glitch, but Kelly in customer service took care of it promptly and everything was resolved. I would prefer to see a faster turnaround but it is stated up front on their website so I can't complain.
