I paid for my glasses in full and a month later they still have not shipped. Multiple e-mails that were replied with faulse information about production and quality inspection. There are TOO MANY OTHER ON-LINE PLACES TO ORDER FROM.

Placed order over a month ago and did not receive sunglasses. Company does not respond to order inquiry. Do not recommend

I placed an order for safety glasses on September 3rd and have been tracking the shipment closely. The order didn’t ship until September 11th and showed a few movements between September 11–13, but nothing since then.

I contacted CA Glasses multiple times for help, and today was the last time. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and told me it was “out of their hands” and that I needed to resolve the issue myself with USPS. That is completely unacceptable customer service.

Perfect service would mean assisting the customer through the issue, not dismissing it. Because of how this was handled, this will absolutely be the last purchase I make from CA Glasses. If the glasses ever do arrive, they will be returned immediately.

CA Glasses should have handled this differently, and I cannot recommend them.

The final product is as hoped: comfortable & great vision.
Hiccups getting there as my strong prescription could not be made to fit the frames I originally requested, per a CA Glasses email weeks after request submission. Possibly an improvement would be to know beforehand which frames are incompatible with what strength prescriptions. This took about a month to work through.

The only reason for the one star is because I cannot give zero stars and write this review. After numerous attempts at reaching out to CS, I finally got a response 39 days after the order. All of a sudden, the status on their website shows shipped after my last email which states my order was delivered by USPS 8 days ago. Never got it and requested a full refund. This place looks very fraudulent. I will update this review if I get a refund soon.

Glasses were not made to the prescription. So they made a s e cond pair they werebth supposed to be safty glasses and lens there are none safty glasses e minding with safty. I could not see through either pair they sent. I sent both pairs back and they will not give me a refund the refund I received was only for one pair I did not get reimbursed for the first pair.

Ordered sports goggles for my son. The very first time he used them, the lenses kept popping out. They took a month to send a new frame only for the same thing to keep happening. They fall out so much the lenses are now chipped. Trying to give them a chance to make it right but now they say is prescription is too strong and he needs thinner lenses. Requested a refund and getting the run around. They are horrible.

I recently purchased a pair of safety glasses from this company, and I was under the impression that they were great according to their reviews. However, the frames I received are way too big, so I sent an email to exchange them for a smaller frame of my choosing. I have been going back and forth with this company for a MONTH trying to get my new safety glasses. If you receive frames that are too big, forget about trying to exchange them, because they’ll just go back and forth with you until you’re annoyed and give up.

I bought a pair of progressive prescription safety glasses with my normal prescription. The lower portion was blurry. I requested a refund. It took about 10 phone calls and several texts to finally get a RMA return number. I had to pay shipping to return the glasses. They received the glasses almost 2 months ago and I have still not received a refund. Now I don’t have the glasses or a refund. They claim 30 day no questions asked refunds. This is not true. Extremely poor customer service and unethical company. I usually use Zenni, but liked their safety glasses better. Lesson learned!

Ordered prescription sunglasses online. Website states “ your order will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days.” It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and have received nothing about shipping. Called today and was told that my order is still being processed and then will be shipped. Was told shipping would be another week after glasses are ready. This will put my order into 3-4 week delivery time!! I asked to cancel my order since it will not arrive in time and website promised delivery much sooner, and was told I can’t. This is a shady operation and I do not recommend.

Bought glasses. They arrived broken. They replaced them with another pair and the prescription was incorrect. I sent both pairs back with a refund request. They will not respond.

The lenses are terrible. Something about the cheap plastic makes your vision sort of blurry. I asked for a refund and they only offered a replacement. So I went with a replacement and they charged me shipping again. The replacements were the same. I have multiple other pairs of sunglasses from other companies that are just fine in the exact same prescription. Again asked for a refund and have not heard back in days. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

Lies. Run away and do not use. The positive reviews are immensely FALSE!

The glasses were not what was expected. Ask for a return of my money and the folks running the company screwed with me through txt messages. I Under no circumstances would suggest anyone ever use this company.

This company is terrible! I never got any email notifications about my order. There is supposedly a way to track progress of production of glasses, but it never updated and I didn't know when they would arrive. My glasses arrived many weeks after ordering them and were broken. It took multiple emails and calls to get a replacement, but the replacement frames were always "in review", which is laughable because it was simply frames and I was expected to replace the lenses myself. When I finally received the replacement, the prescription was off and not clear. It would have cost me to send them back and they wouldn't give money back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a scam company - they will mail you glasses that are not your prescription and then insist that you entered the prescription wrong. When you attempt to return something, they simply hang up on you and don’t answer. The “guaranteed money back” is a lie.

I submitted an order for glasses and they emailed me saying my PD would not properly fit the frame I chose. I asked them to please cancel my order and refund my money. They just kept sending messages back about trying some different frames, which I didn't want, and I kept asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. They still would not cancel my order, so I called them and they said they would cancel and refund my money. But they never did. They still have my money and do not respond to my emails.

No Stars...

6 months later, still have yet to see refund.

In 2023 I ordered a pair of sports glasses and they came relatively prompt and were good quality. Something must have changed with this company. Ordered over a month ago, still no glasses. They advertise 10-14 business days. Negative on that. At three weeks was told, they are complete but, “testing for quality sir”. At 4 weeks the same exact line. Now heading into 6 weeks with no glasses. The wait is not worth the savings for my schedule. Hoping quality has been maintained. Just be aware of length of actual delivery time. NOT as advertised.
