Cheap crap they sell for 5x price of temu. Dissappear when you ask for refund. They need to be fined and shut down. So wrong

Absolutely disgusting quality! Returned clothes to address provided for a refund. No refund, no clothes and no company its now disappeared!!
Put in a claim to Paypal but they weren't interested! Stay away from these Fraudsters!!!!

The two items I ordered were totally different to what was delivered, nothing like the photo on their page. I tried several times to arrange a refund and send the goods back. Finally they gave me an address in China, I paid $25+ postage and a couple of months later, the package was returned to me. What do I do now? spend another $25 to send them to another FAKE address. Turns me right off ordering anything on line ever again.

I purchased a cream jersey from the Tauranga Boutique and it came from Cairns-sisters-boutique.com. I was shocked with the poor finish onthe garment. The seams were not finished and were frayed around the neck. I would NEVER wear this product. All the labels were also removed. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE GARMENTS FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Liz

The quality is so disgusting

Quality was terrible sizing incorrect no return address in the packaging only on the package it came in but that address does not exist. Communication negative only offered 40 % back as refund. Have reported a scam . DO NOT BUY

The first item I bought was too small and the quality was terrible! So cheap! They advertise they are from Australia but they are a Chinese company! They convinced me to exchange it for another item and when it finally came, it was the wrong size and it was sooo cheap and nasty!! It’s one piece of material that is so flimsy! They advertise 60 day returns but explain that it’s very expensive and not worth returning for a refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would never purchase from this company again. They sent me two tops one was the wrong size and the other was a different top from what I’d ordered. Both extremely poor quality. On trying to return the items I was offered several different sweeteners with discounts on my purchases after about two weeks and several emails backwards and forward they finally gave me a return address. The items were sent back in February and I am still waiting for a refund, which I doubt I will ever get. Not only was I stung with the purchase I laid out more money for the return of the purchase. Never again😡

Changed the name to hudson sisters, they operate out of Hong Kong. Cheap clothing that arrives in a ziplock bag. Smells of a weird chemical, no tags not as described on the fake website.
Took alot of emails to get a refund through PayPal.

I sent 16 emails to the cairns boutique back and forth over colour of blouses I ordered 2black 1 white 1 pink after all the emails I still got sent 3 black 1 white they came from post office box in nsw so I told Zoey I was sending them back I told her I had sent them to the post office box that was on parcel she wouldn’t even discuss it I was dismissed like it didn’t matter .the blouses were not right cheap and nasty really big sizes so no refund my daughter is disappointed and is never going to wear hers so be warned be careful buying from these people

I ordered mekah chic knit sweater . I ordered them on the 5th Apsril and got my sweatera on 24th April. I was very concerned at first after reading reviews. I did send a message to cancel my oprder but luckily I got Zoey who assured me everything was ok and order was in progress.
The sweaters arrived and they are a lovely, soft material with no smells. I ordered a size down but if ordering again I would order normal size.
Delivery is from China and sometimes it takes a little longer than expected but my order came through quickly
This is not the only company that looks like it's Australian but goods come from China, it's not an uncommon practice.
On a whole I have no issues with Cairns sisters though my order came through Hudsons sisters which is the same
Not an unpleasant shopping experience, quality of aweater were good, very soft and they came as described.

This company has taken my money and sent the wrong size and colour in a bra I ordered online for $50.
As soon as we got it we asked to exchange this as it’s not what we ordered. We were told no refund as it said on the main page when buying 60 days refund.
Now after emails, the website no longer exists..,
Do not buy from this company they are Scammers…

If i could give less than one star I would. The clothes smelled so strong of chemical, the fit is awkward and suoer cheap quality. When I asked for a refund, as per the "60 day money back quarantee", I was told the fees on my end would be very expensive and I was best to accept a 10% refund. Then when I questioned that I was told I could return to China myself if they were in their original packaging. Which stung me again as obviously I had tried them on. Their service is disgusting, the product dodgy and as many others have said on here they are definitely misrepresenting themselves. I've bought clothes online before, this is the first time I've been stung so badly. Notice there's no review option on their website? I should've looked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered 2 shirts from Cairns Sisters Boutique. I received 2 shirts, right size but both the same colour. Upon contacting the Company, they have been wonderful in correcting my order. I now have a pink and 2 black shirts at no extra cost! Their support was great, Zoey was amazing and very efficient in dealing with my issue. Thank you again for your help and assistance Zoey. Refuse returns

Brought 2 tops that cost over $100, they did not fit, material was terrible, they state there is a 60 day full refund policy, they say they are from Australia which is a lie, they are based in china! I wanted to return them for a full refund, they refused and would only offer $50 refund, it also cost $25 to return them to China! I am so angry with them, I have brought a lot of stuff online and never encountered this refusal to refund! Don’t buy anything from them, they are dodgy and scammers

DO NOT BUY!! Bought the Hoana sandals. What a huge disappointment! Cheap plastic poor quality product. Light years away from boutique quality. Another Chinese scam.

Do not buy from here!!! I ordered from this company and it took ages….the tracking number did not work….It took a month to arrive…..I ordered good quality cotton and got rubbish polyester or nylon. It did not even have a label for the material. I want my money back!

They offer a 60 day return/refund but don’t adhere to
They state your items will (most likely go missing in the mail) and it’s EURO return prices at high postage so reconsider the offers placed before you.
Only option is VCAT court

Silly me didn’t read the review. Two shirts supposed to be the same just different colours Nothing alike..material different and very cheap and sent from China not Australia 😡😡
