This company misrepresented where they are located. Items came from China and terrible quality and fit. I returned them at my cost as advised by them to get a refund and have now found that they gave me a useless address to send my items to so not only did I lose the money from the purchase but additional cost for shipping and who knows where my tops ended up . Rotten, dishonest company who do not value their customers. I am reporting them further.

I am absolutely disgusted with the products that were sent to me that looked nothing like the original products advertised on line. When I contacted the boutique regarding my satisfaction and wanting to return the products. They instead put me through the wringer and offered mere compensatory offers, none of which were acceptable. After 3 weeks of emailing I was finally given a return address in China for their warehouse and told I would receive my refund upon their return. This has still not occurred and alas the posted items after arriving in China, seemed to have gone astray. I will never be ordering from this business again and wish to warn everyone out there to choose your online shopping franchises wisely because this one is an absolute farce and extremely disappointing!

The dress is nothing like the picture. I have sent them pictures of what l ordered and what they sent. Won't refund me my money and want me to pay for return postage. Will never buy from them again

Never order from Cairns Sisters Boutique. No way they are an Australian boutique "sourcing goods from Australia". It's cheap crap from Temu. Should have read reviews first. Bought a cotton boho dress from them. Took over a month to arrive. It came from Yanwen (Chinese diistribution centre) to Chilora then here. Not cotton as advertised! It's a hot silky sheen. It's 3 sizes too small and I spent $57 but found it on Temu for $12. Definitely scam artists

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! I ordered 2 boho style dresses in December, for a wedding reception which is in 3 days. After many many frustrating emails and constantly being told to be patient the "dresses" arrived. After ordering I saw all of these reviews and wish I had checked here first. Just as everyone says, this is not an Australian company and their website is 100 percent fake. They are in China. Fortunately I recently lodged a dispute with my bank and they returned my money while they investigated. Well, these "dresses" were so bad and so cheaply made, I actually burst into laughter. It's a shame you can't post an image here or I would show how bad the one I tried, looked on. I didn't even bother with the second. They looked like they were made by Grandma back in the 1920's. Not flowing boho style at all! Like so many others, when I emailed them, she excitedly told me how I could keep these items and enjoy my beautiful products and they will give me a 10 percent refund. Yep...more laughter! I would not even wear these to a fancy dress party! I am now awaiting the next reply after I asked them of they were serious....and did they honestly believe I would wear something so ugly and badly made. I cannot stress enough. Do NOT purchase from them. Someone said we need to get them removed from social media. I am going to share the link to the fake website and going to ask all my friends to do the same. I suggest anyone who has been stung by them does this also. What an exhaustive drawn out process this has been. And what a lesson learned. I have never had issues with Temu who refund or credit you in full instantly if you aren't happy or if something doesn't fit. And you usually don't have to send the product back!

Scam site they pretend they are located on QLD they are not the return address is china ,items are cheap and nasty and they sent me a pink shirt instead of a brown one. It has been a month and they have still not sent the correct item. Don't waste your money.

This is a scam page. I bought a shirt (thought it was from Cairns as I live there) It took a weeks because it came from China. When I received the shirt it was really bad quality and instead of beige it was watermelon pink and looked nothing like the photo. I asked for a refund but instead they said they have sent a replacement shirt. After weeks I finally got it and the shirt was bad quality, ugly and watermelon pink. I have asked for a refund 3 times and they won’t. They gave me some options of having discounted clothes. I didn’t want that as the quality of what I had already received was terrible. They offered for me to post the shirts back to China, at my cost to receive a refund, this is even though they sent the wrong thing twice.

Absolutely rubbish ,they also pretend to be in nth Queensland ,but the rubbish they sell is worse that temu. Waited over a month for a bra that was meant for a 13 year old .way too small from what I ordered ..may as well burnt my 50.00.i will rubbish this place ,so no one gets conned.

Don’t order from this company. Quality is terrible and trying to do a return was a nightmare. If you want to return an item you have to send it to China at your expense. It took 4 emails back and forth to try to get a refund but there last offer was a refund of 25% of the cost of the garment and you keep the garment or return the garment at your own expense. I chose the 25% refund offer but they didn’t credit me the full 25%. I calculated how much I should have got back and they made up the difference.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me the wrong colour and size. I requested a return and refund, they ignored me. Then decided to “fix” the issue by sending me the exact same colour and size that I did not order in the place. They do not honour the 60 day money back guarantee as stated on their website. Don’t waste your money

This company is very dodgy l bought 4 tops thinking they were Australian made Made in cheap old china They were advertised on sale half price $59.95 Not only are they rubbish l didn't get color l asked for & they aren't answering my emails etc No phone number No address
I will be taking this further & reporting it to accc & even current affair Sick & tired if dishonest greedy people
Also a friend is having terrible trouble with her order Wrong size top & NO shoes she ordered & they are saying they were sent NOT be wary everyone

Cairns sisters boutique sell TOTALLY INFERIOR PRODUCTS. They are not Australian!!!!!!
I purchased January 2025. My experience was long and exhaustive. I had to return my completely unsatisfactory purchases back to China that cost nearly $70 because of custom clearances. I still have not got the guaranteed money back refund. So I'll post again with an update.

This company is pretending to be Australian and it’s far from that. The top received was such poor cheap quality and wrong sizing. They advertise a full refund but are now making it so difficult to get a refund because they want you to keep the top which looks like it cost $2 to make. So sick of all these scams. Never trust any fashion company advertising on Facebook.

The dress I ordered looked stunning. A sort of BoHo effect. This business advertised as Australian but this cheap cotton dress came from China and looked absolutely nothing like the dress I ordered and I did order through PayPal. Does not rate I🌟 in my book. Customers be ware.

Stay away from these scammers

Received the wrong item. They are not an Australian company they are Chinese and trying to get a refund is near impossible. Even the refund form is dodgy.

I bought some bras (buying one size larger than I normally am as I wasn't sure about the sizing) and when they came they were about 2 sizes smaller than my normal size!
I asked for a refund and to return them by the first response was that if I paid $16 extra each bra, they would send me the bras in a new size.
I replied I wasn't happy with the bra: it didn't provide the support the ad depicted so I wanted a refund. The next email said that they are unable to accept returns for hygiene purposes but they could offer a discount to spend elsewhere.
WHAT A WROUGHT!!! That little clause is way down the list in the return policy! Plus you can't even leave a review in the website!

VERY VERY VERY disappointed. Stupid me to think I was purchasing from an AUSTRALIAN company!
