The item I ordered was a cotton blouse with coral theme print. The blouse was definitely not cotton but a heavy synthetic fabric totally unsuitable for summer wear. There were no care instructions, no country of manufacture and no description of what material it was made of. The quality of the fabric print was very poor and the item at $69.95 was not cheap.
I placed the order on Jan 11. The sender is shown as an address in Regents Park but the shipping date was 25/1/2025( a full 14 days after I placed the order) and it didn’t get to me until Feb 1. There is another shipping label under that one and the tracking I received showed the parcel originated overseas.
So this company isn’t an Australian company and they don’t have an Australian email address and the goods are not as described.
They advertise a 60 day return policy on their website but when I clicked on that there was no link to go to.
Don’t deal with them.

Another company advertising as a Australian company selling cheap Chinese crap clothes. All web sites say returns possible, not once you purchase you are only offered a percentage of your purchase price. Everyone please be careful.

I wish I looked here first too ! I ordered a dress 69.95 as I felt safe being a Cairns Sisters a boutique advert - it looked like a photo copy of a dress on yuk cheap fabric with white stitching on a green dress design was not the same - can’t wear it it’s too nasty looking — asked for return after many long winded sucky emails they eventually offered 20% fearing that’s all I’d get I said yes to that but then when I saw the actual amount is 17$ I was reminded to complain to PayPal then they said if u pay to return it they would refund - costing me 27!! Dollars to return a scammers garbage !!! We need to get them kicked off insta and face book etc

Item was nothing like it looked on the website. Total scammers. Cheap Chinese clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE VERY UN AUSTRALIAN.

I wished I’d read these reviews before I purchased .This company says they are in Cairns Australia. They are not. They are from China. I recently purchased an item of clothing and used Afterpay.
When I received it Three weeks later… It looked nothing like the fabric that was used online and it was far too small. They state on their website that they will refund up to 60 days. I asked for a refund and I kept getting put off and giving options to use then they finally after going backwards and forwards they said i could return it I had to return it to China at my expense.
After saying that I was going to go to fair trading They then offered me a 40% discount and keep the item of clothing… Which I then accepted because I realised I was never going to get anywhere.
I would not recommend to buy anything from this online store.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with Cairns sisters boutique. I ordered two shirts of different colours. They looked great in the photos. When I received them, they looked like someone had just quickly made them on their home sewing machine. The material was very cheap looking. The shirts were $50.98 each. They look like a art smock worth $5.00. I tried to get a full refund but they kept saying that it was bad for the environment to do returns. They offered me a 10% refund to keep the shirts to which I declined. They then offered a 25% refund to keep the shirts. I gave in and said ok, as I couldn't be bothered with the back and forth. To their credit, they gave me my 25% refund straight away. So I now have two art smocks worth $38.25 each. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you like to pay a lot of money for rags.

Product not what I ordered, wrong color and made of thin cheap material, 3/4 sleeves too tight and blouse part way too big. Sizing all wrong and looks nothing like the photos on their site. Was expecting shirt to be Australian made. Very disappointed

I ordered two dresses. In the add they looked very flowing and lovely. When I received them they are made of the cheapest horrible material and do not even look good. They are rubbish, I am trying to get a refund as these dresses are not cheap. Please do not buy from this company.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. l bought from the company website thinking it was from Queensland. Silly me! The dress was not sized according to the size guide and was way too small and of very poor quality.
So far l have had 3 rambling emails from them about returns. My reply has been simple. Send me the returns form and refund my money. No joy as yet. I think l have just lost $70. Not happy!!!!

my order arrived. the dresses were a very small fit and made of thin synthetic material. I did not fit into them, but I would never wear this material. The dresses were not cheap, I paid $69.95 per item. My mother also made an order and the same thing. way too small and way overpriced with such terrible material. They are all going to St Vinnies. Very clever marketing, they look high quality in the photos and all the reviews on the website are 5 star. I don't believe they are legitimate reviews.

This business is a fraud!! They are not located in Cairns, their products are cheap Temu quality. Absolutely appalling. Lodged a complaint with PayPal and will continue for a full refund. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE!

Terribly poor quality, clothing looks nothing like on the models. I requested to return & was offer a 10% refund, they refused return citing environmental impact. This in spite of at purchase point they said they have a 60 day return policy. I have raised a case with PayPal, and they have now offered a 40% refund, knowing full well that return at my expense will cost about 60% of the purchase price. I declined the 40% refund as will only return at their expense (the clothing is unwearable, too tight & very short in the body, sleeves so tight that my circulation is cut off if I bend my arms). I will pursue the refund with PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

If able, would leave no star.
Total SCAM. Goods arrived, nothing as described. When emailed for return information was advised needed to pay 2 x $16.50 for processing. Then further emails informed me the products couldn't be returned due to hygienic reasons, (dress & bra). Offerred 20% discount on further purchases.
Then finally, couldn't return products but would offer me a 15% refund only.
Their website clearly states hassle free money back returns, 60 days.
Total rubbish site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
UPDATE 3rd Feb 2025: Company continues to offer varying % discounts off my next purchase, of which I have refused as won't ever buy from them again.
Their latest offer was 20% refund of my purchase price plus I can keep the items to enjoy!! As I repeatedly said, items are rubbish and not worthy of keeping.
Do not buy from this company as they definitely will not refund as promised.
FURTHER UPDATE. After finally getting email via PayPal, company agreed to refund fully if items returned with tracking confirmation. I posted items to the address that was on the parcel as "from". Day later received email saying cannot refund as item was sent to wrong address and was supposed to be returned to China address, which had NEVER been mentioned prior.
Now back in PayPal hands for resolution.

I have not even received my parcel yet. Just keep telling me its on its way. Was delivered somewhere 4 days ago. Definitely would not buy from this company its from China.
Scam.

Major scam. Pretend to be based in cairns Australia but actually cheap chinese poor quality products. Promise 60 days money back guarantee only to be denied return and offer refund 15%. Do not purchase.
