We ordered 2 USA Olympic curling jackets. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but this company HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION! They kept us updated. The jackets are of quality material and construction. We are extremely pleased!

**Avoid buying from California Jacket.**

If you’re searching **“Is California Jacket legit?” or “California Jacket reviews,”** read this before ordering.

I ordered the **“Shrinking S02 Liz Grey Oversized Sweatshirt (as seen on Shrinking)”** for $99 and the experience was terrible.

First, the quality of the sweatshirt is shockingly bad. The material is stiff and uncomfortable, and the cuffs have a strange hard construction near the wrists that makes it unpleasant to wear. The sizing is also completely off — the “small” was extremely oversized and nothing like what you would reasonably expect from the listing.

When I contacted customer service to return it, things got worse.

Instead of standing behind their product, they offered two options:

1. Keep the sweatshirt and accept a **$15 refund on a $99 purchase**, or
2. Return it **at my expense plus a $10 restocking fee.**

In other words, returning a poor-quality product would cost the customer **more than 30% of the purchase price**.

The return process also requires emailing customer support just to obtain a return address instead of providing a simple return portal, which creates unnecessary friction for customers trying to send something back.

For a $99 sweatshirt, the quality is unacceptable and the return policy makes the situation even worse.

Based on this experience with the **“Shrinking S02 Liz Grey Oversized Sweatshirt (as seen on Shrinking),”** I would not order from California Jacket again and strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them read the return policy very carefully first.

I ordered a jacket but then lost my job the next day so I really couldn't afford it. I Emailed the next day and they cancelled my order and refunded my money no questions asked. Horrible company, do not do business with California Jacket. FedEx delivered the jacket to the wrong address, and the company refuses to resend or issue a replacement, insisting that I (the recipient) file a FedEx claim. The shipment was supposed to be delivered to the residence on the label, which did not happen, yet California Jacket is shifting the claim filing to me, risking denial and further delays. FedEx has stated they will deny any claim since I did not pay for shipping and I am not the shipper. I requested an immediate replacement, but they only reply that I should file a FedEx claim, which I cannot do. They are shady, and I will be disputing this on my credit card. Buyer beware.

Beware! This company is in Pakistan, not California. I just got a bill in the mail from fedex for a $25 tariff on a $79 purchase. At no point and time during the transaction did it say this was coming from Pakistan and I never would have agreed to pay a $25 tariff. Aside from that, the sweatshirt i ordered is certainly not worth $79, it’s a bad fake of the one I was looking for.

I had been looking everywhere for a particular Aston Villa hoodie as a Christmas present. I stumbled across California Jacket and given I seemingly couldn't get one in the UK, went for it.
Ordered on the 1st December, arrived the 23rd. We only glanced at it before wrapping it but on surface level looked fine. However as soon as my partner opened it he suspected it was fake.
Now if I had paid a fake money price for it thats one thing, however I had paid the same price as the club store.
When looking over the item (clearly the image used was a stock image) the difference was staggering. Badge ironed on, not sewn on, eyelets for draw string wrong, no Adidas stripes on the back of the hoodie, the stripes being white not blue and the inside stitching being uneven. No reference to Adidas inside the label. I noted that it has been sent from Pakistan, but after contacting the company I needed to return it at my own cost to the USA, which cost £30. I did get my money back, although they tried to charge me for a restocking fee, which their own website states they don’t do for refunds or exchanges!

So my advice is to stay well clear of them unless you want a fake product for the price of a genuine one.

I was surprised how much was involved during the ordering process. The details of the order was all about my measurements and the time line of the order. I could not be happier ,Best Santa suit ever!! Way better than purchasing Hunting gear because I am going to kill Christmas for many years to come! The Quality is Amazing and when you put the suit on,you are SANTA 🎅

After ordering a Squid Game "pink guard" Halloween costume, I got cold feet and started wondering if I had been fleeced by a fake company (I know, I know). But the costume not only arrived when it said it would (in three business days from the time it shipped), but I was pleasantly surprised that the costume was much better quality than I thought it would be. I was expecting some cheap, chintzy, thin, polyester, Spirit Halloween bag costume. Instead, the material was a heavyweight fabric, kind of a woven synthetic blend that was actually surprisingly well made and sturdy. The fabric itself had kind of a sheen to it (which, on the show seemed flatter), but overall, I was very happy with it. It looks great ( a lot better than a lot of the costumes I saw online). It's well made and comfortable. I probably (because I'm 6 feet tall and weigh over 200 lbs.) should have gone with a size larger (since they run small from wherever they come from), but it still fit me. None of my sleeves or pant cuffs were too short (and I'm tall and have long arms). After reading everybody's negative reviews, I panicked a little and thought about canceling my order. But I instead braved the waiting time, and when I got the order was relieved to find out that it was actually good quality. So I'm one of the people that's going to tell you I was totally satisfied with my purchase. So there you go.

These people are the worst! There return policy is ridiculous I had to email them 10 times to finally get someone to agree to my refund. Then I had to prove numerous times using the postal tracking number they received the merchandise back. I have no trust I will actually get my refund.

Not only was the customer service brilliant, but the jumper I received was exactly what Becka Garvey wore in an episode of Bad Sisters, and was being sold by the UK company, when it was in stock, for 350 pounds. At California Jacket it was in stock and on special for US$69. I picked the right option, got the exact jumper.

I recommend you don't waste your money and your time buying from this company. Very poor quality of the products. Impossible to return unwanted product.

My purchase arrived in time but was not even close to a wearable size. I returned it immediately in perfect condition and have now waited for over a month for a response. No response, no refund, nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are total BS and still have my money with NO REPLY whatsoever. BEWARE!

Company makes it a hassle to return item. They wanted photos of item return and reason for return. After 2 days of complying, no communication or response from them. Call Custom Support phone listed on their website, got a response of number is incomplete. A scam. Buyer beware. Im still trying to get my refund.

Et ben pas du tout !
Certes le délai d'expédition est assez long (il faut compter 3 semaines pour l'envoi et une réception dans la semaine suivante).
Er certes Ils n'ont pas répondu a tous mes messages MAIS ils ont répondu a certains en me rassurant.
J'ai donc finalement reçu mon pull qui est exactement celui commandé donc aucune arnaque pour ma part

Stay away from this scam company! It deserves ZERO stars. I ordered a sweater I saw a on a tv show that they claimed was the same one. It wasn’t! The real sweater was made in the UK and coat $400! I attempted to get a refund and was refused. They delivered it and I refused the delivery. The bank which is Chase another issue refused to return my money either! So now this company stole my money and o have nothing to show for it. Also the shipment took forever and came directly from China, not California.
TOTAL THIEVES!! Stay away

Stay away from this SCAM company! I ordered a hat and it was shipped in a bag instead of a box, which ruined the rim and the material was cheap and smelled! They wanted a return description, pictures, demanded a restocking fee, etc. and when I mailed it back to them they said I sent it to the wrong place and could not do anything for me. SCAM!!! Steer clear from this company!

Spent over seventy dollars on a hoodie, promised that we could refund it, but it takes $70 to ship it back and refund isn’t guaranteed. Don’t fall for it.

Also do not trust the various Trustpilot reviews of people who only have 1 review. They are padding their reviews!

I paid $70 for a hoody that was fake! They made it look like it was legit and was only $10 cheaper then on the actual website. My son is really upset we got scammed! Do not ever buy from this company. Fake! Fake! Fake!
