This place is horrible. all foreign products made to order. I ordered a jacket based of the size chart on the site. Says the 3XL jacket would be 52" Chest. I received a 3XL with 48". So i initiated a return. Was told I could offer it to a neighbor or family member and they would give me $20 Credit. I said no and they moved to $30 credit. This went on for (4) days - Mind you it takes 2 days to receive any reply from Pakistan.

Now that the return was accepted, I had to pay $22 for the return shipping, and $19 in tariff fees. $41 for what? Absolute garbage company!

Different product than I ordered.

I ordered two HBCU NFL jackets, but they did not match the product. In addition, I received a FedEx shipping bill for shipments from India, where the jackets originated. I submitted a request to return them, but have not heard back. I now have to pay FedEx, or they will ruin my excellent credit rating, and I have a product I could not give as a Christmas 2025 gift.

Ordering was easy (order placed 12-28-2025). The actual wait for delivery was a mere twenty (20) days via USPS.

I'm happy with what I received, as the garment was exactly what I expected -- an NFL Benchwarmer, as they used to be called -- (notwithstanding the fact that it's a significantly lighter weight than I anticipated). If it keeps the wind and other weather away like when NFL players wear them on the sideline, it was worth the investment!

I ordered the NY Liberty Fenty WNBA Jacket back around July 15, 2025 as a birthday present for myself. I only received an “order shipped” email at the end of the month. Weeks go by, I received a package from PAKISTAN on August 13, 2025 with a knockoff baby blue Nike pullover hoodie inside. After a few days, I emailed NYJacket inquiring where my FENTY WNBA Jacket was. They said it was delivered August 13, 2025.

They gave me the absolute most BAZAAR run around DENYING they sent me a fake product. Admitted some of their products do go through Pakistan. But when I sent proof, they said “We don’t use that packaging”.

This site is a complete SCAM. Why did they first tell me to contact the delivery service? Knowing good and well they were at fault after I said I did receive the knockoff hoodie.

They should be ashamed of themselves . I know it’s November and I’m still pissed because I work hard for my money. All the reviews are obviously FAKE. How can there just be 5 good reviews that sounds like a team write them and no other ones. Of course when you go to write one on the site, it needs approval. Extremely SCAMMY! They aren’t going to post anything below 4 stars.

I’m so mad I was excited for this jacket and just went to this site. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!

I’m still waiting for my package — there’s no way to track it, this is really unprofessional!
Given the reviews, I’m expecting a disaster… I hope I won’t have to start any formal procedures.
The company claims the package was delivered three days ago, but I haven’t received anything a Canada! What’s the explanation?

Kundenservice ist sich dem Betrug bewusst, kommunizieren sie auch ganz klar.

Their return policy:"We allow product exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery if you have concerns or are facing inconvenience regarding your purchase."
This is not true, they offered me 20 US$ if I keep the jacket for 149US$.

I live in the UK, I was looking for the Stranger Things edition of catlyn clarkes shirt, nyjacket.com had the best price, availability and delivery for me.

The after sales team were fantastic, I was updated at every point and given tracking numbers.

Also the team or the people I spoke to were really enthusiastic about helping and very polite.

My order came very fast from the US to the UK and the packaging was great.

Overall the product was great and the experience was awesome.

$90 jacket, ordered on 8/17/25. Received 9/30/25. Looks NOTHING like what was ordered and promised. So disappointed!!

I ordered a beautiful sweater from their website that Princess Diana used to wear. It was advertised as 100% cotton, but when it arrived three weeks later from Dubai, I discovered it was made of printed polyester. Not only did I lose money shipping it back due to their return address, but my overall experience was frustrating. I recommend not ordering from them they seem to be scammers when it comes to their clothes

I ordered a sweater from the Netflix tv show Heartstopper on April 29th. That same day I received confirmation of my order. Then, on May 3rd, I received an email thanking me for my order, but due to a shortage of material my order had been canceled. However, I went to the website and it still shows the item as in stock and available. I attempted to contact them about this on May 19, even including a screen shot of the website showing that it’s still in stock. I have not heard anything back. I contacted them one last time on May 29; because I decided to check the status of my order on the website, to see if it had indeed been canceled like I was told; but it says it’s in progress. It is now May 30, and I have still received no response. I decided to google the contact information posted on the website, as I was thinking the next step would be to call them. However, the phone number listed is a Wisconsin area code, and the physical business address in the Bronx, shows an empty office space building. Not sure who or what I’m dealing with, but if this is a legit business, they should be more responsive to their customers.

The jacket i ordered looks nothing like the one in the photos, prize was very high for quality and shipping took 2 months

BUYER BEWARE!

I received a mid-sized jacket. Upon requesting an exchange, I was told that I would have to pay a $65 shipping charge for an exchange if I wanted a full refund. I was told to send back the jacket and pay the $15-20 postage fee. This company has essentially put the blame on me for their mis-sizing. Terrible money hungry policy and not business friendly to buyers. Stay away.

I was not happy with the product I purchased. There is a big red W on the inscription which was NOT present on the photo of the product online on the website.
I complained and was told I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay for return shipment OR I could accept a $20 price adjustment. To avoid the hassle I told them I would accept the price adjustment. This was after bugging them several times to respond to my complaint. They still have not issued the credit so I filed a complaint with the credit card company. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought a liverpool hoodie but what arrived is extremely cheap and obvious attempt at a fake, completely different from the pictures on the listing and the sizing is terrible, poor prints where the pictures show stitched logos, parts missing entirely from the pictures, not even a close copy

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their return policy is a joke. They sent me a jacket that looked nothing like the one on their website when they sold it to me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company AND pay $16 return shipping because this company sent me the wrong product. The credit card company agreed with my dispute.

Diamond in the Ruff!! I been looking for a certain style of Jacket for a long time now,when I found something similar that I liked ,It was either sold out or I was too late!! So I did a Google lens Search and found exactly what I was looking for at NYJacket!! I placed my order and got instant response with guidance on my order from start to finish and they did not mess around when they sent it to me, it arrived very quickly and I am extremely happy! I purchased red jacket (parka) inspired from GB frozen empire and first and foremost I just want to say the customer service is very accommodating to any requests.
The jacket is very well made and feels great, and also is warm. I am currently sewing all my patches on it to get it ready for our St Patrick's parade.

I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for an affordable great looking jacket to fit your ghostbusting needs!

Hello America and the rest of the world I would like to give my feedback on an item that was just purchased from NY jacket. I purchased a brown Muhammad Ali the greatest of all time jacket. It’s a letterman jacket Chenille Patches are very very good and the monograms are exactly correct. The price for this jacket is very reasonable and I’m very happy with the purchase.
