NYC is 5 stars, hands down! They went above and beyond to help me exchange my aunt’s jacket for the right size, and the process was smooth and easy. Customer service was amazing, and my aunt absolutely loved her jacket. Highly recommend!

Great company! I had ordered a trench coat that didn't fit me, and I had decided I didn't like the design. NYC offered to make me a whole new coat with both the correct measurements and extensive design modifications I preferred. The results? A job well done and much appreciated. The leather is high quality, the design fantastic, and the expertise top shelf. Added to that, the customer service all along was amazing. I paid top dollar for the original product that they applied to and covered the cost of the replacement coat entirely. I've learned through other on-line purchases that quality, Customer service, etc, is a mirage deserving of low ratings; my hat's off to NYC though, every step was done with care and I couldn't be happier. It's almost impossible to find that level of commitment to providing quality these days. My hats off to the team at NYC.

The jacket feels very well-made and structured. I really like the quality of the leather and the attention to detail, especially around the zip and stitching. It has a clean silhouette that makes it easy to style with both casual and more refined outfits. Overall, it’s a strong piece that adds character while still feeling timeless.

Transaction on 01/21/26. Item never received. Claimed it was lost in a fire. Sent fake pictures to as "proof." On 02/19/26 was lied to about a refund being issued in 8-10 business days. Never happened. Asked for update on 03/04/26. Was lied to again on 03/05/26 when merchant said it would be
in 3 days. It has now been 4 days since then. This is more than 15 days after being told it would be processed in 8-10.

This company is a Scam stay away from there there English is terrible and they try to tell you that you order is late because of a fire and send you pictures of a 3rd world country dumb. When it's supposed to be in NYC and there phone number is in Canada. Total scam

It was a little bit crazy, to order a leather jacket in New York for me - a german woman, being not very young. Never thought, that the delivery could happen. But then I was in contact with the team of Nycjackets, which was a wonderful experience. German customers are not used to such sympathic and friendly customer-service. They are asking the right questions, doing the best support and giving all the needed information. The jacket is of high qualitiy, in european standards is is very low priced and it fits very well. What could be better?

I ordered the jacket from the film Killers of the Flower Moon in November from Switzerland.
The jacket looks very similar to the one in the film, just with slightly different material.

I bought a Ricky Bobby jacket for a costume party and was surprised to find that the jacket was very well-made and of good leather. Now I need to find other wears for it :) NYC Jackets obviously produces quality products - I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I bought two jackets from NYC jackets both of them were phenomenal the quality the workmanship everything is beyond second to none this company does everything right as far as I know I had never issues them they're very professional they get back to you if you have any questions if you're there to help you anytime you need any anything you couldn't ask for a better company to buy jackets and whatever else they sell which is a lot of cool stuff the website is great their products are very well made stylish cool and they fit perfect definitely if I can give them a thousand stars I would because these gentlemen and ladies deserve it they're working for this company

I have ordered from them twice and the jacket quality is well worth the price! They do not look and feel like "costumes"...HIGHLY recommend!

After ordering the Trenchcoat which was too big for me,they said no problem and resized it to my measurements,communication with them was great,and they answer in 1-2 Hours,and the quality of coat is so good so thats why 5 stars and i would suggest this company 😁

bought jacket for 280 dollars and it was fake leather and not good quality for the price

I was admittedly skeptical after I ordered the jacket and emailed often to check on it. However, I am glad to say both the jacket (which came after a month) and customer service were terrific. I was copying a leather jacket worn by CSI lead star and both the jacket and color (and fit) are spot on. I would not hesitate to use them again and after worrying am glad to report they did as promised.
