I ordered a specific hoodie for my brother for Christmas. He showed me the one he wanted one and we measured him for size. After looking around online, I decided on Boss Jackets because they had the best total price (item plus shipping). As other reviews had mentioned, they reached out through email to confirm the size I’d ordered, which I appreciate. It looked good when it arrived, and my brother loves it. I saw him wearing it the other day. Needless to say, good quality, good customer service, and I would buy from this company again.

I've never had a more positive experience shopping for a suit online. I was skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot and I spent $200 on a suit for a special occasion. Upon ordering, I was almost immediately greeted by a friendly customer service representative who sent me a sizing chart so that they could tailor it just for me. On top of that, they went above and beyond and actually asked me if there was a specific date I needed it by. I told them the date and they said, "We'll get it to you before your event" - not "we'll try" or "we might" but "we will." And that level of confidence really made any worries I had subside. I chose the 15-day shipping option, but after shipping it only took about 4 days to reach me! The fit is perfect, and the materials are quality, so I won't hesitate to do business with them in the future, and neither should anyone else!

Received an amazing jacket after being skeptical. The sales rep went through my measurements. The jacket was shipped overseas custom made although I wish it was made in the US. I did receive a bill from FedEx but the company took care of it.

At first I was a little skeptical because the company is so far away. But when I tell you they went above and beyond for my beautiful jacket.
They didn't rely on the websites sizing, they reached out via email to get my exact measurements. Thier communication is top tier, responding in a couple of hours but no more than 24 hours. And the shipping was super fast after the jacket was finished. I will most certainly buy from them again because my experience was wonderful. It wouldn't let me post a picture but trust me its beautiful!!

This is the company you want to go to when you are in search of "that" gift; the one that cannot be found anywhere else but you know will be received with total joy. My wife and I watch Great British Baking Show religiously. In one recent episode, Noel Fielding, known for his one-off custom design shirts, was wearing a shirt adorned with tomatoes. My wife and I are from New Jersey and she has a deep affinity for tomatoes. The perfect gift was staring me in the face. Boss Jackets came through so immensely clutch. The utter joy in her face when she opened her gift will stick with me for a long time.

The quality of the product is on another level as well. Very high quality. Somewhere between a shirt and a jacket. Premium quality materials used, it is soft on the skin and perfectly sized. Like other reviewers, Boss Jackets double checked with me on the size and I am glad they did. I reassessed the sizing and made a change and it fit absolutely perfectly.

I can't thank you enough for the gratitude I have that you came through as promised that my dad's jacket would arrive before Christmas!! My dad has Alzheimer's and it meant so much for him to open this gift as his is a Disney fan and has been for many years. He and my mom used to go to Disney World every other year and Disney World was the only vacation we took as kids. Took him years to save for it. His eyes were filled with tears as he opened this gift. Thank you for bringing joy to my 84 year old father. He may not remember receiving it but in that moment it brought him great joy! It fits him perfectly and is well made. Happy Holidays! ❤️

I got a a black Celtics jacket from Boss Jackets. It looks super good and is very well made. Before they started on it - they asked me to double-check my XLT measurements. I told them I'm super tall and they suggested I send them my exact measuments, which I appreciated very much. I sent the measurments and the rest is history - one perfectly fitting very slick Celtic's jacket. Thank you Boss Jackets!

I ordered this for my husband for a Christmas present. Of course with the size and all he knows and tried it on before I wrapped it. It is very nice and fits well. He loves it! Would recommend! Communication is great and no complaints.

I ordered a jacket for my son. It took about 3 weeks to recieve, which i found very reasonable. The jacket is good quality and my son loves it. We got the real leather instead of faux and im very impressed with it.

My order was a surprise gift & I guessed her size. I was so wrong. While the color, style, & quality of this coat was BEAUTIFUL, it was tight in a couple of places. I sent a message to Customer Service & was contacted the very next morning. I have never experienced such grand service on a return request especially when the error was totally mine! I love Boss Jackets!

I received the jacket and it is perfect. Beautifully made and looks more expensive than it was. Customer Service was superb as they kept me in the loop as I awaited shipment. I give Boss Jackets 5 stars and a 10/10 rating

Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. I cannot fault the company at all. We were even advised at the start to recheck measurements which we did and advised to order the smaller size. We were advised step by step of where our order was. Jacket arrived well before delivery date. Son was so happy jacket was a perfect fit and was off brilliant quality
