I would give it zero if possible. The jacket sent was nothing like the photo supplied (suede leather) and was made from an incredibly cheap PU leather. It was even the wrong colour.I have requested a refund but will not hold my breath.

Received the jacket today - return address says Pakistan?? The jacket is nice material- but no WAY is it the men's size that I ordered - there is NO size indicated on it - and no way to return for refund - so I just have to find someone that I know that it will fit and Merry Christmas!! UGH!!! Why do I keep trusting online sites???

I think this company rebranded as BOSS JACKETS. FYI

The jackets have no size markings on them.

They ignore your emails.

They claim to send a replacement, then claim that you “refused to accept the parcel”.

Scammers. Stay clear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I placed an order on February 18, 2020. On March 1, 2020, I sent an email to customer service because there is no customer service telephone line. Here was the response:

Dear,

Our site is very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Previously, our warehouse was on holiday. Now the staff is already at work, and shipments are continuing. Please be patient.

***It is March 21 and I have yet to receive my package. Believe the reviews. Do not do business with this co. ***

Absolute rip off, don’t buy! No refund / scam

Coat looked nothing like the picture. Filled out the form and asked to return. heard nothing back for weeks, then got a simple address in China to send back to. Shipping charges were $250.00 just to ship the coat back. Asked for a prepaid shipping label and haven't heard back from them since... BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered coat. I got coat. Coat was smaller than it should have been. I ask for new coat. They send new coat. Still way to small. I've never worn anything more than XL and the 3x they sent me fit like a medium at best. Asked for refund l filled out form. Havent heard anything back in like 2 months. Will never buy from them and hope nobody else does either. Also I have 2 small wools coats for sale if anyone interested lmbo.

I had grown suspicious after recently ordering from this company but not receiving a shipping confirmation or tracking number within the usual shopping time frame. As a follow-up I started researching the site and discovered this list of other negative reviews. I intend to see if my credit card company can be of any assistance.

Products sucks and really bad spend over 600$ only received half of the stuff I paid for after 5 weeks and still waiting the other half of my stuff,sent countless messages without no response

Not serious service! To small sices of items and i have moore times asked a refund. No Refund was offered and no answer to my mails... be careful! Low Quality...

Awful customer service. I have been trying to return a product for months. They never respond to emails. Facebook site messages just say to email support. Very frustrating. Also linked with bumperr ltd on their terms and conditions page, a company known to offer ecommerce solutions to scam sites.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing from this horrible company. I ordered a trench coat for my husband for Christmas and I didn’t receive the product until 3 weeks later. Should have know then. To top it off, the “trench coat” was 32 inches in length. What a complete disappointment. I have been hassling with these unprofessional people for more than a week and I’ve receive a few responses from them where they have offered a 50% and 70% refund both of which I have refused. I have demanded a full refund. Since demanding a full request I have not heard back from them. I’m going to dispute the transaction with my bank because this is absolutely ridiculous. Please if you are reading these reviews and are considering purchasing from this fraudulent company, PLEASE DO NOT purchase from them. It’s a waste of money, their customer service is beyond poor, and the frustration with trying to get your refund is not worth it.

Worst company I’ve ever felt with! Sent crap product after buying 2 coats and won’t return my money. Stopped responding after I said I wanted my money back. Don’t buy from this scam website ever!!!!!!

Ordered 2 garments both size large. Took many weeks to arrive.

Opened up today and:
1. Recieved 2 XXL sizes
2. The quality is very poor
3. The pockets on the sweater are backwards!!!

Just asked for a refund!

I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in time but was short on the sleeves. I have been emailing this company for 3 weeks and they are hesitating giving me the returns address and my refund. Anyone else experienced this with them? I will NEVER purchase from them again... customers be aware of this company!!

don't buy this stuff! the product is just as fake as the Chinese company! I bought a jacket with express delivery which lasted more than a month and a half, the product is of the lowest quality with production errors! after reporting this, I got the offer that they would send 50% back! because the transport time would take so long!
did not go into it and. want to cancel my order.
this company does not respond anymore!

I ordered one jacket and one coat ,took about 10 days, the material is good.

They are total frauds!!!
The coat I ordered was of incredibly poor quality and also badly manufactured. After asking them for a return label I received the following answer:

"You look handsome in this coat!
Since the shipping fee is high and time-consuming, we suggest you can keep the item and we would like to return you 35% of price for compensation."

However, when I told them that I was not interested in keeping their absolutely bad product, they just did not reply.

NEVER ORDER THERE, they are incredibly unprofessional and you will either lose money or receive low quality cloths.

They are fake company, they are cheat company then they have no return policy , I bought a jacket from this website then I paid $20 for fast shipping 3 to 5 business day but finally I got my order after 1 month , when I got my jacket the size was small for me then I requested for return and get my money back from them .
they send me a form for return and same time they offered me to get 50% off for next perches, but I refused their offer .
after this contact they didn't respond to my email and I couldn't get my money back from this company .
