This company is completely garbage! I ordered the Italian Olympic hockey jersey in the first week of March and it just arrived today. I ordered an extra large and what I received looked like a children's jersey. I over laid on to a German XL jersey and it looked have the size. Also the quality was awful. It was a paper thin shinny material and had a flammable warning lable. Company is a joke! I wish I could post a photo

Purchased a USA jacket. I checked tracking but it stayed the same for a few days, so I contacted Texas jackets & they got right back to me. A few days later and my jacket arrived.
Perfect fit, perfect condition and much better quality than I expected! Thanks Texas Jackets!👏👏👏

Beware - I purchased a women’s jumpsuit from this company and not only did it not look like the photos but the Item description and sizing on their Website was inaccurate. I requested a return, but I was offered a 30% refund, I argued that the item did not match the measurements on their website and after a few back and forth emails, we agreed on a 50% refund. 5 months after this purchased, I received an invoice from FedEx for custom duties and taxes…

Some issues arise but they were quickly and satisfactorily solved out

Even though the Jacket was exactly what I wanted and looked great, it ran a little small. Michael with the customer support department was very helpful with my issue and help resolve it really quick!

Bad quality over price and refund are a hassle

Scam Scam Scam!!!! Based out of Pakistan not Texas paid for express shipping and didn’t get the item when promised when I got it it was a cheap knock off

i have to say that you guys do a reaLLy good jod on my previous order,& so since that oNe was a gift;now i wouLd Like to order my own.

This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER!! the jacket they sent was extremely cheap and bad sizing. When I tried returning, they offered me 15% when it has og tags and packaging and before 30 days. I had to persuade saying I would give a 5 star review in order for them to give me 45% which is all they could do apparently. Then after finally receiving 48 dollars as my refund they sent me a bill in the mail for the shipping cost which was 16 dollars which they also added the billing of two jacket shippings when I only got one jacket. I offered a return and they refused. I called their town and turns out they are just a warehouse, which then they gave this company an F. If that even does anything. Yall absolutely suck and will eventually get sued for going against your return policy.

After the purchased items were delivered, I received an invoice from FedEx stating the "duty" charges were $13.01. When I notified Texas Jackets they responded "Since your order was shipped internationally from our warehouse, FedEx sometimes assesses a small customs clearance or brokerage fee upon delivery for processing the package through customs. This fee is charged by FedEx directly and is separate from the order total you paid us." After I objected they responded "Regarding the FedEx customs charge, please note that we have already covered all shipping, handling, and delivery costs on our end. However, certain customs duties or import taxes may sometimes be charged directly by local authorities or courier services (such as FedEx), in accordance with U.S. government regulations. These are not fees we control or collect, and they are paid directly to FedEx or U.S. Customs." They then offered: "That said, as a gesture of goodwill, since FedEx has requested a $13 charge from you, we’d like to offer an $8 refund from our end. This refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 24–48 hours once you confirm. This means you’d only need to cover the remaining $5, while we’ll handle the rest to help ease the situation." In their final email they stated "We would like to clarify that we are not refusing to help cover this expense. However, as these are local taxes, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient, and we have already covered all shipping and handling costs from our end." I responded they were duty charges and certainly not local taxes. I advised Texas Jackets I would pay all of the duty charges and then warn potential future customers to beware that they may incur additional customs charges that Texas Jackets does not cover.
The pullovers I ordered came from Pakistan. Quality was less than I expected but probably okay for the price. One had to be returned and I thought the $35 fee they charged was high. Customer service was very timely and courteous in their responses. I will not buy anything else from Texas Jackets.

The jacket came in a timely fashion and is nice quality. It did ship from Pakistan which I was unaware of. My problem is that after Christmas I received a bill from UPS for shipping. I was surprised because the website says free shipping, but when I called they said because this had to be shipped from Pakistan, I had to pay the shipping fee. I think that their website should clarify that and let you know where it's being shipped from and that you might possibly get a charge and that they only do free shipping within the United States.

Customer service was quick to respond and bring resolution to an issue I had with an order.

Thanks to the wonderful 5* customer service from the Texas Jackets Sales Team, it made my exchange that much easier and smoother when this type of thing can be stressful! I found Michael, and Beth especially efficient, understanding, kind, and professional. The smoothness of their communication, and brilliant explanation really helped my understand the process to organise things and get what info they needed over to process everything in a speedy manner. The cardigan I ordered was too big for my other half but it’s my fault for ordering a size up than his usual size. The sizing is correct so I would personally not recommend ordering up a size. The quality is fantastic and I very much look forward to receiving the medium one in due course to re live that pressie giving moment!
It can be for his birthday instead of Christmas so that’s all good ;)!! UPS delivery fantastic and faultless too.

Customer Service! They were quick to respond and helped me right away. My Senna shirt arrived in time for Christmas. The product was great quality down to the details and my husband loved it. I definitely will turn to this company again for special gifts.

Cheap knock off POS jacket received. It was supposed to be a Carhardt jacket but was not. Took forever to even receive the item which was shipped from Pakistan. Then the kicker, two weeks later I received a Customs bill from UPS.

Texas Jackets is a SCAM. I paid a lot of money for two Carhartt jackets and they were poorly done KNOCK OFFS that looked nothing like what their site pictured. Complete waste of money and does not honor their refund policy. BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE. This company is unethical. I ordered a shirt that was advertised as being the shirt I admired on a television program. It used the name of the show and pictured the host wearing it. The product I received had a ridiculously different appearance. It is ugly and cheaply made. Despite their stated liberal return policy, they stated the product was adequate to meet the description and refused to accept a return and refund. They said they would only give me a 15% refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not listed on the Better Business Bureau for a reason.

I needed to exchange a shirt for a larger size.. there was some confusion on my part as to how to send the information to get them to set up an exchange. The staff at Texas jackets is so helpful. They made me feel like I was a very important customer and did everything they could to take care of the problem… which they did. The item that I received from them was of the best quality and the service that I received from them was of a higher quality you can’t say much more than Five Stars can you?🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered the "Bad Sisters S2 Eve Hewson Love Black Heart Sweater", it was not oversized, as displayed in the photos, it was skin tight and I ordered a large. When I tried to return it, they only offer 15% or a new size. They ship from Pakistan, not the US and their "free shipping" cost me over $15.
