Really good experience
This was a seamless experience and was made so by the fact I was able to get in touch easily with a rep who works directly for the company. They were then knowledgable and transparent throughout to ensure no misunderstandings occur. I wanted to check if my product would be delivered before christmas. They advised it should be and gave details of typical timeline but they still advised there is always a risk there would be delay as they had to order it in. I appreciated this advice and was happy to take the risk. Turns out it was delivered on the stormiest day of the year to my family home with no hassle at all well in time for Christmas. This is how it should be but rarely is when I buy online and need help. Well done on providing excellent care for your customers in an age of bots and overseas call centers staffed by people who are as powerless as the person making the call. They utilise WhatsApp and email very effectively and I'd imagine their store would be a good place to visit for advice on products if one lived in Donegal. Local knowledge and personal relationships over greed wins all day long. Thanks and ill be back again.

Quick and easy to deal with
Ordered a TV online on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday! Had to change my delivery address the day after placing the order in which they sorted out straight away. Each person I dealt was lovely. Will definitely order from Callaghans Electrical again.

Would have given 5 stars
Would have given 5 stars, however, the original purchase which arrived quickly didn’t look right. The box was wrapped in black plastic, the seal had already been opened and tapped back up. Half the items in the box were missing and 1 part was damaged. I contacted Callaghan’s straight away, new item arrived by the within a few days. Problem resolved very easily. Shouldn’t have happened in the first place though.
