I have emailed for a refund as I received a knock off kids parasite cleanse to which I have used numerous times the colour smell box was completely different obviously buy there products from China or some duo company I have requested a refund to which I was told this item is legitimate I have sent a complaint to this company with no reply so not buy from them they want to take your money such bad reviews everywhere I will do everything in my power to get this company investigated

Cancelled an order.

6I immediately cancelled a window camera from this company,before it was dispatched,only then to be told it was on it's way. Several times they were told,I had cancelled,and not to remove money from my account. I was told on each ocassion someone would be in touch regarding the matter,but heard from no one. They put a lot of unneccesssary pressure on you to buy a product,and I think ignoring your request is one of those tactics. It's now 3 days since Irish Supply replied to my review,but still no word from them on a resolution,I rest my case.

Don't order from here.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
I ordered 6 under cabinet lights which were USB rechargeable and could be switched off. 1 of the 6 was as described, 5 were not. They didn't have a switch and needed 4 batteries each. The supplier said they were functioning as expected and they would not replace them. As the order was over €75, (€90) I qualified for a free gift valued at €14.95. I had to ask twice before it was sent. It arrived, and I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. It was 3 paper air fresheners, like those that hang from the car mirror. They had the Irish Supply logo on them. I recently bought similar, 3 for €2. I feel I've been ripped off. I won't be using this company again. Lesson learned.

RESPONSE: Order number is 231484. I contacted you in the first instance, and was told they would not be replaced as they were functioning as expected. That's like paying for a Mercedes and being supplied with a Yaris, and being told it operates as expected.

Very Disappointing experience

Purchased a projector end of January and by the beginning of March, it had stopped working. The product was also not what was depicted in the photo and was also half the price on Temu.
Once i received a email from customer service after explaining the situation, i was offered 15% as a gesture of good will for future buys.
Very disappointing, especially when you try support a irish business (or so they advertise).

Missing package

Been marked as delivered but i haven't received my product (compression gloves) something that would fit through a post box. Messaged them about this explaining the situation and how I have already contacted the various post office channels all I got in response was them saying it was delivered on the 12th. Which didn't happen cause I was home all day and had no one at the door. Really disappointing response from the company. Will be issuing a charge back with the bank

Dubious to say the least

I made purchase, and from day one, I was badgered, Did I want to add more of the item to 'save on bargain'.I ignored it, but this delayed the actual posting, as more items being offered..Eventually email, item on the way, this is weeks, still no sign. I shall stick to Amazon Ebay and Temu, This Site is dubious to say the least.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from this company. I bought 2 heaters which don't work properly. When I complained, I got a BOT response. Thank you for reaching out to us blah blah blah. We'll be in touch etc... They are a rubbish company. Stay well clear.

I ordered two items. I have now sent over 30 emails and have received a standard auto-generated response to each. I will now follow the excellent advice from a previous review and file a complaint with the CCPC. This company must be held accountable.

However after many many emails to this company asking how to return the heaters, I got no where with them. I eventually gave up & approached my credit card company to request a charge back refund. I will never buy from this company ever again & strongly advise others to stay away.

I followed the company's instructions and updated review with order number etc.
No reply, no refund
I am now going to Competition and Consumer Protection Commission Ireland (CCPC) website and urge everyone to make a formal complaint also.
CCPC website - consumer section - make a complaint.
Seems to be the only resolution.
