Excellent customer service. CCC has been professional and courteous while also attending to my specific financial needs.

I had over 20,000 dollars in credit card debt. it would have taken me over 20 years to pay it off. Now it will only take 3 and half years to pay off my debt. I was paying over 1100.00 dollar a month in minemum credit card payments. Now i am down to 726.00 a month. I enrolled back in march of 2024. This is my third time going through cambridge.

Every call to customer service was handled professionally and friendly. Whatever I needed was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cambridge Credit Counseling.

Cambridge made my experience so easy and flawless the entire way through my journey with them. I completed the program and always felt like I had the support I needed when I would call with questions. I would highly recommend them if you are seriously considering getting rid of your debt.

I have sent emails and made several calls regarding miscommunication w creditors and Cambridge and it took four months for someone to resolve it. Tara Cross was very attentive and made the effort no one I previously spoke with. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue in less than a week.

They got the job done, providing extra resources if needed. Paying them was less than the lender.

This program with Cambridge enabled me to pay down enormous high interest credit card debt. It was very easy to get the interest rate dramatically reduced with some friendly negotiation at the bank. The interesting and amazing thing that the bank was not pissed and I still have massive amounts of all kinds of credit at the same bank. Don't even think that you will ever find Cambridge level honest service with any other company. Cambridge stands alone honest great service just the GOAT

We could have NEVER gotten out from our mountain of debt without help from Cambridge. I was adamant about not declaring bankruptcy, it was our debt, we owed it to our creditors. It would not have sent the right message to our children to "walk away" by declaring bankruptcy.

Cambridge walked us through every step of the process and stayed by our side throughout. The website with its ability to track our payments and watch our debt dwindle was an added bonus.

They are a excellent company to help you get out of debt. They are friendly and helpful. They do not sell your name like other lenders. I'm so glad we decided to go with them. They did an awesome job. And if I needed them again I would definitely use them.
