Auto shop is a rip-off repair work not necessary why don't they clean up there act.l'm not stopping here for complaints

Just had a great shopping experience at Canadian Tire on Coventry Road in Ottawa, Ontario. Erin, the manager, solved an issue for me quickly and effectively. It is nice to see that experienced helpful and customer oriented people are hired at a store that lets me shop Canadian! Thanks Erin and Canadian Tire.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Called store and explained situation, was told to bring purchase back for refund, went to store and refused the refund, wasting my time and gas and $175. Completely unimpressed, will never shop at Canadian Tire again!

One week before the school opened, I bought two Vida by Paderno Bento Lunch Containers, one Green and one Pink, for my children from a Canadian Tire store. I used them for only one week. Before even completing that one week of use, the handles of both lunch containers broke and came off completely.

When I told Canadian Tire about this review, they did not allow me to post it. They rejected the review. Why, as a customer, do I not have the right to review a poor-quality product that I purchased from this store? Somewhere, my rights are being taken away.

They are like a gang of robbers who deceive and cheat people and make money by selling poor-quality products. These lunch containers are made with very cheap materials. Please, nobody trust these products and get cheated by buying them. Do not waste your money.

Instead, parents should find a better alternative and buy better-quality lunch containers for their children. Do not trust robbery-like stores such as Canadian Tire and lose your money.

These lunch containers are made with cheap china materials. Instead, buying a lunch container from Dollarama would be much better.

They are selling this product, which is not even worth one dollar, for close to $20 before tax, deceiving and cheating people like a gang of robbers.

Too many bad experiences getting my car fixed there. The last one I put it in for engine light being on and exhaust. Exhaust got fixed, engine light still on.And came out with dashboard with no lights. Employees tried to blame us saying it was done when they got it. Yep another charge to get that fixed, something that was caused by them! Not the first time I got my car back with other problems when I put it into CT. Do yourself a favor and save money by putting youre car in elsewhere.

Nous avons acheté une table et des chaises de 1500 $, plein prix, sans aucune remise. Comme les frais de livraison étaient très élevés, nous avons loué un véhicule et fait 30 km à l'extérieur de Montréal pour aller chercher la commande nous-mêmes.

C'est en montant la table à la maison que nous avons découvert les problèmes : d'importants défauts de peinture sur le dessus et un coin de métal complètement enfoncé. Impossible de voir tout ça à la réception, puisque tout était emballé.

Nous avons ensuite appelé plusieurs succursales pour demander qu'on nous livre un exemplaire de remplacement à leurs frais, ne pouvant pas se permettre une deuxième location après une dépense pareille. Chaque appel demande environ une heure entre l'attente, l'explication du dommage et la réponse. En prime, les inventaires affichés sur le site ne semblent pas à jour, ce qui nous a fait perdre encore plus de temps. La seule solution offerte a été de prendre le modèle d'exposition, sans aucune compensation.

Payer le plein prix, assumer soi-même le transport et se retrouver avec un produit abîmé, c'est déjà décevant. Devoir se battre au téléphone pendant des heures pour obtenir un remplacement, c'est ce qui nous fait dire que nous n'achèterons plus de meubles chez Canadian Tire.

I always have Canadian Tire, Coppersmith location service my car. They always do a great job. I've been taking my car there for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. Their service, integrity and knowledge are the absolute best of the best. Thank you guys, for always taking great care of me. 🙏🙏🙏

Canadian tire has become more of a regular box store . It used to be the go-to place if you're working on your car and needed parts. Now automotive is the smallest department in the store and keeping things in stock doesn't seem to be a priority. Something as simple as looking for spark plugs for your car ends in disappointment because they only stock three at a time. This is useless for anyone wanting to do work on their car. More times than not when visiting Canadian tire. What I'm looking for is out of stock because they keep the stock so low. The crock pots always seem to be stocked well, but anything to do with automotive is no longer a priority at all.

Frances, an amazing sales rep at the Yonge and Church store, 839 Yonge street, was fantastic. She helped my parents and was a pleasure to deal with. An eleven out of 10 in knowledge. Made the shopping experience perfect.

Don't trust Canadian tire they are big cheating in the market

A few months ago i called about a double payment that went off and the customer service representative were absolutely rude and put the phone down in my ear
I decided i dont want to do business anymore with canadian tire and phoned yesterday 4sept to close my account and spoke to a person that was very helpfull

This morning i phoned again sat 5 sept and waited over 35min on a call as my payment could not be made on the app,the women i talked to sounded very annoyed and also threw the phone down in my ear as she kept interrupting me while i was talking

I closed my cad tire acc due to the bad behaviour of your employees,this is absolutely pathetic,the person i was talking to today should not be working as a customer service representative,i will post this experience on numerous platforms as its pathetic to get service like this

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Telling me that I don’t know how to use a machine when I want to exchange it they deny it. Very rude and I’m very upset with the ladies at customer service

I placed an online order for 7 items for my kitchen (3 of which were large and heavy), and it was suddenly being delivered the same day (originally was told when I completed the order it would be delivered the next day). Courier arrived at 5 pm (when I was scheduled to go out for the evening for an appointment) so I quickly grabbed everything he dropped off and moved them into my foyer...I did not check the full contents of my order, until later that night when I got home. Turned out that two smaller items were missing. Rather than treat me like a customer who was missing two items, CT decide it had to investigate, so I waited 11 days and then after several visits, emails and phone calls they told me they had completed their investigation and I could expect a refund in next 10 to 12 days. What poor customer service; I neither required the investigation, nor a refund -just the delivery of the items I originally ordered, which I never received. The store GM even got involved but was no help. Despite showing up at the Merivale Rd store and leaving my name and number, the store manager couldn't be bothered to call me. Won't be ordering from them again.

Bought a motorcycle jack and it is pure junk waste of my money they have changed the design made it cheap goes down too fast can't control it made the ram smaller everything about it is cheap and unsafe this product should not be sold untill they have made it safe people are going to hurt themselves with this product.

So I have a maximum 1/2 inch drive ratchet, was represented as a lifetime warranty at time of purchase. I had only used it maybe half a dozen times and the ratchet started to skip when turning it and the when I switched from left to right, it seized in the middle. I took it back to Canadian Tire to get a replacement, they kept me waiting forever. Then they said that it was discontinued, then they told me that it only had a one year warranty. I argued that the maximum tools carry a lifetime warranty. Went back and forth several times on this before they finally gave me a replacement but they really tried to convince me that the tool did not have lifetime warranty. They could have made it easier and just gave me the replacement. Now this was the Canadian tire at manning centre, other stores might be a little easier to work with but these people were trying real hard to not honour their warranty. I can tell you that in the future that I will be shopping Princess Auto for all of my tools. Hassle free exchanges, I have never had a problem at Princess Auto. The Pro Point are every bit as good as Canadian Tires Maximum tools and again, never a problem with exchanges when a tool screws up.

Strong dissatisfaction regarding Auto services (Center Point Mall), the costs or being forced to purchase products, receiving charges for work or being billed for things like excessive labour time . Never go and refer them to anybody for doing inspection because they are just want to hunt the customers to charge them to sell their product for completing inspection.
Furthermore, their behaviour and interactions involved rude or unprofessional and quite disappointing.

Canadian Tire La Plaine = Pire bande d'incompetants profonds avec lesquels j'ai eu le malheur de dealer. Aucune responsabilité et aucun égard pour la satisfaction des clients. Leur réponse, incluant celle des gérants, est qu'ils ne prennent aucune responsabilité pour les produits qu'ils vendent et qu'ils ne m'aideront pas. Je dois contacter la compagnie qui crée les produits vendus car eux, ils ne supportent pas les clients après l'achat.
Je dépense entre 1000 et $1500 par année chez Canadian Tire mais je ne vais plus jamais retourner dans cette entreprise dorénavant.

Je voulais acheter un chargeur à batterie de tondeuse prix 103$ avec les taxes, le plus cher de la ville. Sur amazon 56.34 avec taxes. Je comprends que amazon est moins cheraus la différence est énorme. Ça fait plus de 3 ans que je fréquente très rarement ce magasin. Toujours plus dispendieux que Rona, Home , Canac. De plus aucun service , pas de personnels à l'horizon. Je suis toujours déçue
