I purchased a Firestick from Amazon. The channels that come with it,I'm not able to get in Canada. Only the USA. Amazon never advised this product saying so. Nor dies the product say,only available in USA. So I informed Amazon support or the situation. And of course,on the phone,no help or any assistance. Online,no help or assistance. Wouldn't admit to any wrong doing,or understanding. Very disappointed. I've been a very good,and l9ng time customer. Not anymore. BEWARE Amazon Canada. They don't stand behind their products, or word.

I have been trying to resolve the issue of poor delivery practices - packages have been left in areas other than those requested in instructions, in areas easily visible from the street/easy to steal; front gate has been - stubbornly and contrary to requests- left open while it's crucial for children/pet safety to keep it closed. All of these have been flagged to Amazon via written instructions and via phone calls with customer service.
Problems are ongoing. Trying to connect with the customer service - good luck! On hold for a long time. Multiple times. Issues still unresolved.
Horrible service.

Its amazing how 99% of what you buy off amazon breaks within the first few days or doesnt work properly/broken as soon as you get it. Then they want you to waste your time to send back items that cost $5 and waste your time as if your time isnt valuable. No one should use this trash anymore.

My recent Amazon delivery was unacceptable, and I want the public to be aware. The driver did not follow the delivery instructions I have on my account. Instead of bringing my TV to my apartment door, they left the entire box in the doorway of my building, blocking the entrance and putting the package at risk of theft or damage.A TV is a high‑value item, and leaving it in a shared building entrance is careless and unsafe. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it showed a lack of attention and respect for customer instructions.Amazon needs to ensure drivers follow delivery notes, especially for large or expensive items. This experience was not up to the standard I expect.

I have been an Amazon Prime customer for many years and we order almost everything through them. I am writing this because of an order I placed through Amazon that come from a third party. I have been waiting a very long time for this order and had many discussions with the third party. Now it disappears on my Amazon account and they tell me because the third party removed it and that disturbed me. I asked for an escalated call had many issues getting there and now told the third party removed can’t do this and a ticket will be submitted. What a horrifying experience this has been with Amazon. It really makes me rethink the whole process. I would have been no different buying direct from the supplier vs going through Amazon. A very unhappy customer and experience. Debating even belonging to their service any more

hire customer service people who can speak proper English

Amazon.ca I bought a Gardena water master for my Gardena automatic water distributor the total cost was $170 and I receive it. The box has already been open and the part has been used. Unbelievable I told them once they receive it back which they delivered it today. They should issue me some type of credit for my time going to mail it out because really they should be picking it up from my house. I need this item quickly so I need to re-order from amazon.ca again and the guy assured me on the phone that this is very rare when it happens and that they’re so sorry and I told him while it’s an inconvenience for me because now I need to pack everything up and get it shipped back at the post office for these kind of inconveniences they should have a pick up from the address. Not too long ago I ordered license plate screws and they sent me the wrong size so I demanded that I’m getting the new correct size that I ordered delivered tomorrow and that he is to pick up the package of the incorrect size that was sent to me and I left it outside with a note. The delivery guy ignored it and then they issued me a credit. It was only two dollars but they made such a big deal out of it. The point is when I order something I should be receiving exactly what I ordered not the wrong size and not a used, but in good condition item.

Ordered a new EBike from Amazon.ca the seller shipped me a used and broken EBike. The seller didn't offer to pay for return shipping, I had to pay $200 out of my own pocket to ship it back to seller. (Seller admitted to me in our messages which I've kept) that they shipping me a used return by mistake in stead of a NEW ebike.
Here's the messed up part, UPS lost the package that I shipped back and now Amazon pretty much is taking zero responsibility for there selle shipping me a used product a huge error and I'm out $700 all because I chose to buy an ebike from Amazon. Amazon has sellers who ship used products to customers who pay for New products. Then make the customer pay shipping to send their mistakes back . Amazon and this seller are scammers at this point. I don't recommend anyone buying anything off Amazon. Amazon doesn't care about their paying Prime membership customers.

They are charging my credit card for a bunch of unknown subscriptions. On the costumer service a guy named Abhinav, simply said we can’t refund you and left the chat. Unbelievably rude!

Literally scammed out of $500! Even if you follow all of their rules they will scam you they are predatory even if they have guarantees even if there's policies they will blatantly disregard the policies give you the runaround and wait to Tire you out this is a company that will scam you this is no longer a place where you can reliably spend your money

Terrible, delivery 2 times longer if order from Ali Express, 3 orders I cancelled at all . This is become a scam not a business.

Absolutely useless logistics. And horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and a half in my lobby for a parcel and Amazon drove up to the building and drove away. It has said I’m the next stop for the last hour and a half. They physically saw me outside waving at them to stop and they drove off. They don’t follow instructions ever. They never call and downtown Edmonton buildings lock their doors at a certain time for security. Completely incompetent whatsoever don’t order for home delivery!

With all the years I have been buying from Amazon ,,now if you buy from a third party seller ,,,pls beware cause to return product if you're not satisfied is all out hell ..It's been 8 weeks I have been trying to return a swing that I bought for my camper and come to find out it will not fit at my location I wanted it to so still have the swing,,spoke 8 different times to all different agents that don't have any record of any conversations had every other times,,,and still I have to pay for returning this swing that,ways a ton ,,just not right what Amazon is becoming now ,,before it was so easy to return or get a refund and now just hello,,,so another company that built up their business and after just changed their policies ,,so now im thinking of getting a new place to make many more purchases other than Amazon....Too bad Amazon this kind of business will kill your already huge business..

I do not like Amazon at all taken money out of someone bank account after I canceled my Prime on May 28th I have to fight Amazon 6 times just this month and still haven't get my refund yet I have letters in my email saying your giving me my refund. You guys keep putting prime on after I stop it I take my bank card off for a f*****and still nothing you made fraud and I guess lawyers are the best way to go now I will fight you and then in hopes to sue them. Stop using Amazon because they will take money out without telling you the make fraud and all maybe cheap but not really at all it's a joke and fraud. Where my f****** money. Amazon Canada is a f****** job now I understand why you guys are always hiring mmmmmm guess I know now

Amazon Canada - yet another business screwing Canadians over.
Amazon.ca customer service has, and not surprisingly, gone downhill. They did have chat support, which seems to be no longer. They take services away and then expect Canadians to pay higher prices for items that are not worth it. I for one am done shopping at Amazon.ca. If I can't get a hold of customer service via chat support when they always had it before and it still exists in the USA, I'm done with your business. Not only this, but Amazon's refund policy taking 30-days!! Why should I have to wait 30 damn days for my money?! They want payment right away for items they sell, but want customers to wait up to an entire MONTH to get their money back on returns. With the technology we have literally at our finger tips, it should take nowhere near 30-days and then a 7-day wait period before it's back in your bank acct. It's bs and they know it! After this order.. I'm DONE with them.

For normal items fine. But they can't control bots and or scammers at all. I've bought two items twice in 5 days(same type of item) and have been told they've deleted their account. And to only to see them again with a brand new account setup with the same items.

False advertisement, abysmal delivery service. We paid for Prime, they advertise next day delivery…right after you paid, it’s no longer next day! They say they will deliver in 3 days…you modify your schedule to be at home the day of delivery…so, on that day, all day long it says that the item is scheduled to arrive that day…then comes 7pm or so and suddenly it now says it will be in another two days when we will fly put of the country . We tried to cancel and it says impossible. People have lives, this is abusive and extremely disrespectful.

i tried the shilajit for 1month, very nice to use and no bad reaction at all.
