False advertisement, abysmal delivery service. We paid for Prime, they advertise next day delivery…right after you paid, it’s no longer next day! They say they will deliver in 3 days…you modify your schedule to be at home the day of delivery…so, on that day, all day long it says that the item is scheduled to arrive that day…then comes 7pm or so and suddenly it now says it will be in another two days when we will fly put of the country . We tried to cancel and it says impossible. People have lives, this is abusive and extremely disrespectful.

i tried the shilajit for 1month, very nice to use and no bad reaction at all.

Amazon.com is a joke. I ordered something from them. I never received the item and they had to give me a refund so now they banned me from ordering anything on their website which I really don’t care but that is ridiculous. I tried to order something yesterday and they canceled my order. But it’s OK because I’m done ordering from them every time I do I don’t receive my item and they give me a hard time making me show a bunch of proof just to get my money back. They love to take your money and not ship your item, but I found other better websites to order off of and cheaper.

J’ai commandé un support à guitare en spécifiant à plusieurs reprises qu’ol doit être livré avant 16:30 car c’est un camping et après, comme personne n’est à l’accueil, le risque de col est énorme. Le livreur de Intelcom me texte qu’il veint de me livrer le colis à 19:00. Je lui dit qu’il devait le livrer avant 16:30… il me dit qu’il va retourner le chercher et que je ne reverrai jamais en utilisant un language grossier. C’est donc un vol! Je contacte Amazon et ils veulent que j’attende quelques jours pour être sûr qu’il ne soit pas livré… j’ai beau leur répéter que le livreur m’a confirmé qu’il l’a pris, rien à faire, ils sont bouchés! J’attends plus d’une semaine et les recontacte. Le gars et raconte pour la x-ième fois l’histoire… il me demande de prendre une photo d’où a été laissé le colis!!! J’ai beau répéter qu’il s’agit d’un vol, que j’ai les preuves, les textes et numéro de téléphone du voleur… il reste bouché sôide et ne veut rien savoir. Je dois donc aller déposer une plainte à la police car Amazon ne fait rien. Fini Amazon… j’en ai assez je leur incompétence et je m’en foutisme…

Disgusting liars. They just try to get you off the phone by lying and let the next rep deal with it. Awful people.

La livraison est peu fiable avec INTELICOM! "Lente et abandonne les colis sans avertir (environ 2 heures apres)me suis fais voler un colis ici en bas et une autre fois un velo electric qui etait pesant la laisser en bas sans avertir ,pourtant j,avais bien metionner de sonner que je debarre la porte et qu,il me le monte avec un chariot...Non! Pourquoi amazone se fie a cette compagnie? Il prenne une photo et s,en vont....y,a des itinerant qui spotte les portes ....Certain que Intellicom vas rembourser mais quand tu veut ton colis...desolant!

I shopped on Amazon before and had no problems. This time I wanted to make a purchase, but you want to text me a confirmation code. I DO NOT have a cell phone and will not get one. E-mail a confirmation or speaking over the phone is not an option. I am not happy at all. I called my bank to release the funds, but they can not do that. You need to fix this concern, because I am sure lots of other people have no mobile phones.

J'ai fait un achat d'une balançoire arbre de 60 pouces valeur de 130$ et j'ai reçu à la place un paquet de couches pour enfants problème par-dessus problème pour me faire rembourser j'ai le nom de la personne qui a commande les couches il demeure a 10 km de chez moi et Amazon se fou totalement de moi fini amazon

AMAZON'S AI customer service assistant provided inaccurate information about being able to use a product that was delayed in shipping. It offered a refund and stated i would still be able to use it. Product finally arrived but was unusable because Amazon marked it lost or stolen. Customer service was no help. So I canceled my music subscription and do not plan to by from Amazon. Google seems the way to go now.

Hello I'm giving Amazon Canada
a 1 star rating because I placed an order on Wednesday, April, 22nd, 2026 on the Amazon app and well it's Wednesday, May, 6th 2026 and I still haven't received my order so I go into my Amazon Account and go on to "Your Orders" and it says your order is having delivery delays and you will recieve your package on May 5/2026 were sorry for the inconvience and the tracking meter says out for delivery so I go check again about 20 minutes ago and they give me a new message saying there are some additional delays on delivering my order would you like to request a refund, now first of all no I don't want a refund I just want my order that you lied about being delivered yesterday not even an apology or any compensation like a shipping fee refund or a subscription free month and if I request a refund I would be waiting forever for it to show back up in my bank account like they were quick to take my money but slow to deliver my package not cool Amazon Canada

My issue with Amazon is their delivery.
I am a disabled senior, every time that I place an order with Amazon, I include very clear instructions as to where to deliver my order.
I don't think that Amazon or their drivers bother to look at those instruction and they drop off my order in the wrong places.
I have spoken to their customer support several times.
They promise to escelated the matter but nothing changes.

Big customer of Amazon, lot of orders, gift cards in the past, everything was charged to default card or a gift card. Amazon credit card was there in past but was taken out by me as payment. A couple days before the Amazon card was set to expire it suddenly appeared and my last five items was charged on it. When I complained they were almost rude and said you can refuse your items at the door and would not transfer payment to default. Very disappointed in Amazon .ca customer service in the rude way they dealt with this complaint.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered a breast pump and milk bags through Amazon prime, so I had the over night shipping. Ordered my parcel on the 26th, was supposed to get on the 27th, the delivery driver sent a photo saying delivered…unfortunately he decided to ignore my delivery instructions stating I live in a apartment and he dropped off my parcel at a random house. My fiancé and I went looking around the neighborhood for an hour and could not find. When I called Amazon support they told me they can’t help me till after 48 hours…note I’m 38 weeks + pregnant and my baby will possibly be here by tomorrow (getting induced). I needed that breast pump the time it said it be here, but now I have to wait till the 29th to call for a refund cause Amazon can’t call their drivers and make them responsible for their mistakes. I don’t care if it takes time out of their day, they messed up, they should go back and fix their mistakes. All Amazon can say is “I’m sorry we will make sure this doesn’t happen again” obviously you guys really don’t give a damn and just want the conversation done and over with. Amazon drivers DO BETTER!

Update: finally got a refund for the pump/bags, they would not give me a refund cause apparently they needed to do an “investigation” so I had to wait a week for my money back.

I bought an exercise machine and it arrived defective. I need to return it, but Amazon doesn’t offer home pickup for this item. The box is huge and extremely heavy — there’s no way I can bring it to the post office myself. Amazon told me that even if I’m willing to pay for pickup, it’s simply not possible.
So I’m stuck with a defective product that I cannot return.
Extremely disappointing experience.

The insane automated security is driving me nuts. I add a new credit card that's in my name, I order stuff. The result: my order gets canceled and my account locked. I wish this was the first time...

I was charged exorbitant fees by a third-party vendor and appealed to Amazon A-Z Claims. At first they agreed with me and offered a full refund, and then rescinded and now I am seriously out-of-pocket. Very disappointed in the position Amazon took on this issue.

A fuir.Amazon au Québec par rapport à l Europe...ils prennent des compagnies de livraison low cost qui ne respectent en rien les instructions client (Intelcom le vainqueur !!) Et ne changent rien à tout ça malgré les plaintes des clients qui se font voler ou endommager leurs colis.
