El precio excelente.

We needed to be picked up the day before our flight, it was easily arranged with a phone call. Once the transfer was confirmed, an email was sent to me immediately. Payment through the link was easy and a confirmation email was sent. Everything was handled with ease.

Great experience once I was able to pay. Issues on both sides. Very friendly representatives and easy to find. The driver was very nice and polite. I did not wait for the van. Drive was great. Thank you for the great service.

The customer service, friendliness and knowledge were outstanding. I just hope they are at the airport on time and the same vibe carries through.🙏

Llegaron a horario, vehículos según lo pactado, chóferes excelentes. Tuve que reprogramar x la cancelación de. Un vuelo y fue muy fácil hacerlo.

Estafa, no contestan y se quedan con tu dinero. No reserven con ellos. LADRONES!!!! Scammers, they don't answer and they keep your money. Don't book with them. THIEVES

Esperé hora y media esperando en aeropuerto y nunca acudieron al traslado. Fue necesario pagar transporte al hotel.
Y aún no me han pagado 609 peses del costo taxi al hotel fiesta americana condesa.

We paid for a premium SUV, with water etc. chaos from the team. No car available 20 min wait. Not what I would expect from an almost 200 usd trip 30 min… I would avoid this service. Driver was good though

Driver very friendly and courteous

This company is awful. Don’t use them. We looked for them for 1.5 hours at the correct location. Dragging luggage all over and talked to 20 of their taxi drivers that were unhelpful. Called them 50 times without an answer. They admitted they never showed up after calling, waiting on hold forever and being hung up on multiple times. It’s been 3 weeks and they still say they have to email a manager to request a refund then email me saying the policy is if I take another ride no refunds. That’s fraud!

Aclarando que contratamos un servicio exclusivo. A la ida tuvimos que esperar como 20 minutos a la vuelta no llegaron nunca. No solo eso sino que habiendo pasada largamente la hora de recogida y ante mi insistente reclamo me avisaron que venían tarde. Luego que no venían Una vergüenza.
Exigí un full refund de todos los pago realizados a esta pésima empresa

Made the appointment to have round trip transportation from airport to resort and then back to airport a week later. There was a slight mixup but it was quickly fixed. They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company.

They never showed up at the airport. When trying to contact them at ther phone numbers they never answered, no representative around the welcome bar. I followed to the letter their instructions to catch my "premium" transport and was left abandoned at the airport. I just found out they have a 1.9 star ratings here but they created a 2nd profile to try to keep deceiving people.

Me agrado que para mi traslado de hotel a hotel, llegaron con anticipacion, siempre hubo buena comunicacion por llamada o whats app.
Los choferes fueron amables en todo momento.

This group was great to work with. Their prices were reasonable and their communication was excellent (we had a small issue caused by me not them and they resolved it quickly for me!). Their van was comfortable. Thanks!!

Don’t use this company.. They never showed up at the airport to pickup my family and I… We had a night flight and had to go with a taxi company last minute which costed us almost triple the price we paid
