Luma Candles Reviews

Stunning candles. Beautiful design and gorgeous scents. Great for gifts

I received 'Wildflora' as a gift and I'm so thrilled with it. The scent is gorgeous - I'm often disappointed with the throw of handmade soy candles; not this one. I can smell it when it's unlit and, once lit, the scent is immediate and very long lasting. The glass jar and branding are classy & it was boxed perfectly.
I will absolutely be buying again 💜

Fantastic company and Wow! The gorgeous smells.
I bought the samples for my daughter in law who loves most of them! This prompted me to buy the Akasha candles so so yummy! Then I got two for Christmas so well pleased!
Last ages, great aroma throw and reasonably priced for the quality.

Purchased my first Luma candle this winter and absolutely love it! It has the loveliest smell and looks good too! I’m also working my way through the way melt sample box, which is also amazing!

Will be purchasing again!

My Luma candle was gorgeous, the spicy Christmas one! Made my home smell lovely and I can’t wait to grate myself to another one soon! Lovely customer service too.

The candles smell absolutely incredible and made great gifts at Christmas time. Lovely to know you’ve supported a small business!

I bought a scent box from Luma, which has a mini wax melt of all their scents. It was beautifully packaged and such a good idea to allow you try out all the events before buying a candle. I’ve since gone on to buy two candles (one as a gift, one for me) chosen from the scent selection box. The throw is great, the burn time seems really good, overall really pleased, and it’s great to be buying British!

Beautiful candles! From the packaging to the smell these candles will forever be in my home. They look fabulous in any room and make the house smell divine. I would highly recommend. Customer service is also a dream to deal with.

I have only really become interested in candles these past few months and after trying a few of the big brand suppliers I happened upon Luma. I’m so glad I did...my large 3 wick aspen candle burned so smoothly and filled my living room with the most wonderful smell of a winter pine forest. Great value and excellent service!

Ordered the Aspen candle and it was lovely - a perfect winter scent!

Fantastic service even in the midst of this pandemic. The candle smells beautiful and partner was over the moon with it

I bought the cortina candle and it smells amazing and really Christmassy. I bought the sample box too and every single one of them smells so good think I’ll probably end up buying them all. Really good quality

Omg what a fabulous smell. They candle is of an amazing quality with a clean burn unlike other candles I have had in the past. With the 3 wicks all the wax’s get used so maximising the wax leading to no waste.

The aroma is true to life and fills the room so the wax is evenly distributed throughout the wax. Due to the highly quality of the wax you don’t get black burning like other cheap candles so excellent quality wax is used with Luma Candles.

Such amazing value will definitely be repurchasing more.

Thank you Luna for amazing quality and service. #supportsmallbusinesses

Absolutely glorious candles, smell divine. My favourite is the Navagio candle that smells of rose and rhubarb. Can’t get enough of these candles, need one in every room of my house! Well done candles by luma, I’ll be back for more.

My favourite lockdown purchase! These candles smell incredible, and look stylish all around my home. The sample box is such a great idea too - I know exactly which ones I’m going to buy next and have a handy stock of wax melts too.

I bought a couple of candles when Lisa Potter-Dixon shared a discount code. I was not disappointed, it is an awesome brand and I love that candles are handmade locally using soy wax.

I got Tamika, Makalu, Akasha and Christmas ones, Cortina and Niseko.
Makalu and Niseko are my absolute favourites. They smell sooooo nice and not overpowering.

I bought normal size candles and large sizes and they all burn evenly so nothing is wasted.

I also appreciated the all-cardboard package and glass candle jar so it can all go in the recycling bin.

This has now become my go-to brand for candles and I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know

After purchasing the sample box (incredible value!) I decided on my favourite 4 - soul for luxury bathtimes, midnight (speaks for itself!), bloom for springtime soon and Navagio to lift the mood whilst wfh! Will definitely be back again for more, the scents are unreal and the packaging is beautifully understated. Would also make an incredible gift (though I couldn’t bring myself to part with a single one, despite that being my initial excuse for purchasing 4 at once...)

Amazing candles and service from Luma. I ordered two candles which arrived quickly and packaged in an eco friendly manner, however one of the kids was cracked from transit. I contacted Luma who couldn’t have been more helpful and just popped a replacement lid in the post. The candles smell incredible and were well received by my friends for Christmas. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely love these candles. I ordered 2 just before Christmas and the smells are amazing. The glass jars they come in are great to be reused as well.

Everyone claims to offer great customer service. And it’s easy to do when everything goes well. Our experience with Luma Candles was not the smoothest, due to a parcel going missing, and delays of a couple of weeks as a result.
However Luma responded quickly, professionally and in a very friendly and ‘human’ way, through personal emails etc
They set a date whereby if the parcel still had not arrived they would send out a replacement for free.
The parcel didn’t arrive, and unfortunately they were then out of stock of the item we had ordered. However they suggested an alternative and sent that out next day delivery.
It arrived!
I think Luma actually ‘Earned’ their 5 star review. They couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant to deal with, and understood that as a Christmas gift it was important to us that we received it in time for Christmas.
Thank you, you delivered on your promise, and it was a pleasure doing business with you!
