The shoes are super cool — really strange-looking, incredibly comfortable, and super lightweight. I have no idea where they come from, but they arrived just in time for my holidays (about 10 days). I immediately bought another pair for my boyfriend, who tried them on and instantly fell in love with them. At first, I had some doubts after reading a few negative reviews, but my experience has been completely different. I’m very happy — well done!

Ich kaufte ein paar dieser Schuhe plus Socken. Die Socken waren o.k. Die Schuhe leider nicht. Man könnte nur schwer hineinschlüpfen. Um die Schuhe leicht anzuziehen muß man einen extrem niedrigen Spann haben. Das Laufen ist unangenehm, da man bei einem Schuh das Gefühl hatte, man steht schief auf dem Fußbett. Da ich oben das Gummi der Lasche eingeschnitten habe, damit ich überhaupt in den Schuh hineinkommen, kann ich sie leider nicht zurück geben. Das war ein Fehler meinerseits, aber lehrreich. Fazit: Die Schuhe sind eine Fehlkonstruktion. Übrigens die Weite für die Zehen ist gut. Schade, aber die Schuhe sind für den Müll.

I JUST RECEIVED MY 'UPDATED' ORDER THIS MORNING + THX FOR THE 'ITEM EXCHANGE'. I TRIED THESE SLIGHTLY LARGER '46' SIZE ON... AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY ! THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE I DON'T THINK I EVEN NEED A 'BREAK IN' PERIOD LIKE WITH MOST SHOES I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE PAST.

I did place an order and it took longer than expected 13 days…contacted them 3 times, no response, however, they did finally get in touch and the shoes arrived. My mum is very happy with the shoes.

I first discovered Canles shoes about 10 months ago after suffering with foot pain for some years. They had an immediate effect and I have used them every time I have done anything more than the shortest walk ever since. This is after literally spending hundreds on different trainers! I have therefore recently bought two more pairs but unfortunately they arrived in the wrong size. I contacted Canles and they immediately agreed to replace them and not to worry about returning the originals. Fantastic customer service so I am happy and our local homeless charity has two new pairs of shoes. Well done the Canles team!

Buying shoes online appeared a bit tricky for me due to my old, problematic feet, but I found a pair of suitable walking shoes on the site, so I gave Canles a try. I couldn't be happier with both the product and their outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Feels like these Barefoots will be excellent shoes for walking with the neuropathy in my feet.

A decent product at a reasonable price and Exceptional Customer Service!

Ordered shoes, Jan 18th. It is now Jan 31. No shoes delivery after 13 days. Can't track my order, contacted customer service several times, called no response. If I don't receive them soon or receive accurate delivery, I will be contacting, FBI fraud for investigation and have them removed off internet. Also contacting my bank to reject payment.

I bought a pair of Canles Alpine Bare winter boots. They are very comfortable to wear, warm and great for my wide feet. But they are not waterproof as stated on their website (the exact wording is: 'Whether you're trudging through snow or facing freezing winds, the waterproof, windproof materials shield your feet from the harshest weather').
I pointed this out to the Canles team and asked for a refund but after an initial response to offer me a replacement pair (which would not resolve the issue) they have gone quiet.
If you're looking for a pair of comfy, warm boots - fine. But if you want something waterproof do not choose these.
I submitted a review to this effect on the Canles website but they have not published it.

I wanted some barefoot-type shoes for the winter and kept seeing ads for these. They sounded almost too good to be true but they actually work. Wore them to a ski town last weekend where the temp was below zero (Fahrenheit) after dark and my feet did not get cold. Considering that the soles aren't super thick that surprised me in a good way. Shipping is an issue (although that's disclosed up front). It took about three weeks to get my order and once it was handed off in the US I found no way to track it, which was disappointing.

I purchased 2 pairs of the bare foot CANLES shoes this Christmas for my elderly mum as her feet are very delicate and she was struggling with footwear. I ordered to sizes to see which one would fit her best. I don't live where she lives and she would not know how to do returns, IT tech things etc.

We tried both pairs at home with labels attached etc, but despite how amazingly comfortable they looked.
They were uncomfortable for her.
(her feet are so delicate and her skin is like paper, she wears clarks and sketchers and still most of them not suitable they need to be right),

I contacted Canles to arrange the return of the purchased products whilst I was still there, thinking it´d involve, downloading, printing and attaching PDF labels and taking the parcel to a drop off facility.

Right away, they offered to send another size free of charge.
I informed them that I already had purchased 2 sizes to see which one would fit and it wasn´t a sizing issue.
They then advised they´ll proceed with refund.
I kept sending emails as I wasn´t sure I was understanding correctly.

I kept enquiring about how and where to return. Until I finally got an email advising that I didn´t need to return anything and that another family member could use them, gift them to a charitable organisation or gift them.
I had heard that CANLES Customer care was Excellent and this is one of the reason´s I went ahead with purchasing 2 pairs as it was advised on their site that returns were easy no questions asked.
However, I did not expect this level of customer care.
Therefore, anyone can go ahead purchasing with complete peace of mind that should the product not suit a swift solution would be found.

My physio recommended I get some shoes with ankle support. I ordered two pairs of Canles AlpineBear Winter Barefoot Boots, (got second pair free!). They are super-comfortable, giving just the right support and with the non-slip soles really safe for walking on ice. They are very stylish and are made with good quality materials. I absolutely recommend these boots to anyone looking for quality footwear.

The shoes are so perfect for me that I now have three pairs, my husband has a pair and so does my brother. The service from Canles has been prompt and their response to a size or colour query has been efficient and generous. I first bought a pair almost 5 months ago. They immediately felt so comfortable I forgot I was wearing them. I used them every day for an eight week trip overseas with constant all-day walking. I never have the urge to kick them off as with other shoes. I recently checked the soles for wear and tear and they look new. I wished I had discovered these years ago. That they are so light (great for packing) and washable are added bonuses. I'm seriously considering wearing them at dance classes.
