Immediately out of the box the spring lace tightener was cracked and broken, I used their shoe size guide since the canada site only measures in European sizes and I ordered a size 12 as are all my shoes and the size that came was like a 14 or something. But what can I expect for a company that advertises on social media. Save you money, absolutely not worth the $100+

I bought Barefoot model and it fit perfectly fine and is very comfortable. Second one was little small so I wanted to replace it, customer support provided very friendly and quick support. I will definitely buy more shoes of this brand.

I had purchased the Polar Bare boots for my winter vacation in the Alps last December, and was initially unsure if they would hold up in the snow. They turned out to be perfect - light yet warm (because of the fleece lining or other material that I cannot identify - I just know the material kept my feet warm).
I liked that pair so much that I wanted one for the warmer months so I ordered Active Bare which I intended to use for my track and trail running. The sizing chart was off as the shoes turned out to be too tight even for the correct size, but when I emailed the Canles team, they promptly replied and arranged for an exchange, one size up. No fuss, no problems. The replacement pair reached me in a week, and this time the fit was correct.
Other than the comfort of the shoes, I wanted to commend the Canles team for their prompt customer service and fuss-free exchange. I already had a good experience with the Polar Bare and when they replaced my Active Bare without question, I was sufficiently assured to order a new pair for day to day use. I have not received that third pair yet, but I expect it to be as good as the other two.

Canles were very good at sorting out an issue with the wrong size of shoes .
They kept me informed & were very helpful .

What a great experience. Ordered 2 pairs which was very straightforward on the website. Unfortunately both pairs were too large but my request for replacements was dealt with promptly and efficiently. New pairs were provided and fit perfectly and are very comfortable which is just what I was looking for. Excellent product and can’t thank Canles enough for the great service.

Sus calzados son resistentes. El Llevo usando un par todos los días y están como nuevos. Son de buena calidad y su atención al cliente busca su plena satisfacción. I have bought a lot of things online which is always a hit or miss. But my experience with Canles is a "big hit"! The quality of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered is great and fits perfectly. But the best part of all is their customer service. The "Canles Team" was very helpful and accommodating in a very timely fashion.

The first pair of shoes did not fit, I need a large, and staff then looked for a large in its all other brands, regardless of price. They found a pair and stuck with me through the reorder and ship process until I received the new pair. The fite perfectly. I will donate the first pair to the local charity. A win win for all.

Compré un par de zapatos y me regalaron un segundo par. Uno de ellos era pequeño y me enviaron otro un número mayor. El par que me quedaba pequeño me han dicho que lo done y así lo haré. Servicio eficaz y permanentemente informada del estado del envío. Calida excelente, ligeras, muy calentitas e impermeables. Las recomiendo.

I would have liked to be able to return the boots and receive a refund. Instead I was asked to pick a pair of shoes since they don't accept returning the boots. I did receive the shoes but I simply am not getting a fit with the brand. So I'm out of the my money and have two pair of shoes/boots that don't fit and I will give to goodwill. I don't recommend this company.

MUnfortunately, the site then directed me to the single pair order page without saying that anywhere. I completed and paid for my order but it did not offer another pair. When my order arrived nine days later I found only one pair of boots. I contacted Canles and was told that it was my fault for using the single pair ordering page and that there is nothing that they can do to help. I find that hard to believe. I am also curious as to why they have a single pair ordering page when they are heavily advertising a free second pair at check out.
The boots are nice but not so nice that I will be ordering from Canles in the future.

Follow up: I was contacted by the Canles customer service team who were surprised by my negative experience. The apologized for the misunderstanding and asked me to order the pair of shoesvthat I had been hoping to receive. They arrived today, approximately one week later.

These shoes are super comfortable and the quality is very good. You can see they’re not made in China. Even if I don’t know that😁

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience with CANLES. What a lovely experience. Despite my initial mistake with the shoe size, the quick replacement and the option to donate the wrong-sized shoes to people experiencing poverty.
made me appreciate their service and the company's values.

Didn't know what size to go for at the beginning even after measuring a bare foot on a piece of paper. I'm normally a 71/2 so ordered the size 42. They came but were too big and so contacted Canles to ask about changing them. Their response was quick and sympathetic and immediately sent me out replacements in a size 41. They arrived and are perfect. Great for the cold weather and not having to wear thick socks also and fantastic for long walks whilst looking smart at the same time. Can't thank Canles enough for their amazing Customer Service. Make sure you check your foot size like I did and order off the chart to definately order that size............you'll not regret it.

Great company! I didn’t like the shoe that I chose so I was given a full refund - no questions asked! They didn’t even want me to send them back - I felt bad about that!! Am planning to re-order soon.

I am on my feet all day as a preschool teacher. The Earthtrekers have been a game changer for me. I just ordered their boots and another style shoe. I would say that they run a bit small.

I've got the winter boots that they are heavily advertising. They are very comfortable and warm, true to size too. The only issue I have with them is that the sole is incredibly slippy which isn't great in winter. Even on wet concrete it's not safe. I haven't even worn them below freezing yet but I don't think I'd chance it.
