Canles Team has a very excellent customer service. They really cared for their customer's satisfaction. I was so surprised when they told me , I don't have to returned the delivered shoes, they will just replaced it for free. Extremely generous in changing my 2 pairs of shoes and when I received it I love it ,so comfortable and perfect !

The shoes are very comfortable. I thought they would be taller for boots in deeper
snow and slush around the curbs.I have not used them outside yet.

I’ve purchased 4 pairs from Canles, and I’m very happy with the quality. The shoes are comfortable, well-made, and exactly as described. Shipping was a little slow due to a long holiday period, but the team communicated clearly and handled everything professionally. Their customer service is excellent, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely purchase again.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Canles that couldn't fit even though it was the right size based on another pair that I bought earlier which fitted well.

I wrote to Canles about my predicament and received a prompt and positive response that they are going to give me a replacement pair at no extra charge!

I am very impressed and pleased with this prompt and positive solution. Needles to say, this is an amazing customer experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair should the arises.

I'm a proud owner of the Canles AlpineBare – Unisex Winter Barefoot Boots. They are warm, and comfortable shoes that I've spent all my life searching for. I forget that I'm wearing them when I'm walking around in the snow. They are light on my feet, warm, comfortable, and a perfect fit for my wide feet. They are unlike any winter boots I've worn. Did I forget to mention their awesome customer service? You have to experience it to believe it. Thank you Canless!

I dunno why got so many negative reviews, for me so far I damn happy with the shoes! Super lightweight and comfy for my sculpt workouts. Can really feel the big difference compared to normal sports shoes. I highly recommend, especially if you like to workout barefoot style.

Los compré para hacer un regalo y vienen en una caja sin marca de ningún tipo, metidos en una bolsa con autocierre, muy cutre. La marca no la pone ni en el calzado ni en la caja. Lo intento devolver y me dan largas, ofreciéndome cambio. Yo no quiero cambiarlo quiero devolverlo, es un calzado chino con la suela de plástico que tiene pinta de resbalar mucho. No quiero regalar algo tan cutre. Carísimo para lo que es, ese calzado chino no vale ni 10 euros. Es un timo, no compréis.

No coinciden las tallas..vienen de china, en contacto se ve que la dirección de co tacto es Hong kong , y 100 euros...de locos...dice que la empresa esta en Canadá, deberían hacer algo con el dropshipping.estan haciendo perder confianza en productos buenos.
Le echan la culpa a China, pero es que el 80% compran a china y lo venden como de ellos, si yo quiero unos barefoot chino, pago 10 euros.no los 100 que me estafaron.
Meteos en contacto, veréis que es china.
Luego la devolución.. en fin..la tienes q pagar tu.no recomiendo para nada.
Si quieres barefoot chinos vete a temu , que en estas tiendas es un robo.solo ponen el.escaparate .

Una vergogna, dopo quasi un mese mi arrivano un paio di scarpe anonime e di pessima qualità, peggio del peggior prodotto "cinese" con scatolo anonimo, numero e colore sbagliati. Una vera truffa pagata come una scarpa di qualità 😬

I took advantage of a 2 for 1 special and was so disappointed to find that the shoes were too small. I contacted them about arranging a return and a replacement, and their service was so far above what was expected that I vowed to come and write a review. Great communication, quick replies to emails and an effort being made always to get me a positive outcome. Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I have made a point of telling all my friends. Needless to say, replacement shoes arrived and they are perfect for someone with just the most awfully annoying flat wide feet ever.

Ottima scarpa per calzata e comodità. Avevo sbagliato a ordinare il modello subito mi è stato mandato quello che desideravo senza volere il reso, invitandomi a fare un regalo! È il terzo paio che compro!

I bought shoes from a Canles advertisement on Facebook about 8 months ago. It seemed a good price of £45 for two.
Rubber-type soles and a soft cushioned fabric upper.
Comfortable to wear.
The first pair lasted about 3 months before the front of the soles separated from the upper - I walked home with the soles making a flapping noise.
The 2nd pair lasted 3 months too, then came away at the back of the shoe, from the heel.
I think the soles are glued on with water-soluble glue. I walk on dew-soaked grass sometimes, so that's the only way I can account for it. I threw them in the bin today.
I would never buy shoes from Canles again.
I just bought some waterproof walking shoes from Decathlon as replacements, for £35 for one pair. Fingers crossed.
