12 days on and no reply and no parcel.
Ordered products on 15th August, parcel was sent 48hr tracked and arrived at a sorting office 19th August and hasn't moved since, tried contacting hello@ email address twice but their customer service only work 9-5 Mondays and as Monday was a bank holiday they're not repling. I don't know what's happening with my order. 12 days on and no reply and no parcel.

The best CBD
I have been on Cannaray CBD oil for several years. I have tried other companies before but I can honestly say that you can't beat Cannaray CBD. I have focal Dystonia and Cannaray certainly helps me.

My order confirmation said I'd get free…
My order confirmation said I'd get free Wellness Gummies but they never arrived. I'd raised this with Customer Service who said they would get back to me. I've heard nothing yet and yes, I'm fully aware of my pettiness but hey, I got an order confirmation saying I'd get a Freebie. Rest of order arrived fine and is lovely.

Dodgy company, poor customer service
Was promised free Ashwaganda with my order which didn’t arrive so ordered which I wouldn’t otherwise have done. Contacted them to ask about this and was told that they had run out. Nothing offered in exchange apart from a discount on my NEXT order with them. Total scam.
