I had an overall good experience. Shipping took a little long but I love the concept and product.

I ordered and paid for TWO baby swaddles, both with the same embroidery [ order #46888 ] I received one parcel with ONE baby swaddle. I advised Canvas Gift Co and asked whether the second swaddle would be sent separately. I received an automated reply advising that our parcel had been signed for and to contact the logistics company. Yes A parcel had been signed for however only HALF the order was enclosed. I wrote back to Canvas Gift Co and have had no further response. Do not trust this company.

The jumper looked really good when I got it. I did think it was a little plain overall because there is a lot of jumper space that could be filled in but the embroidery looks great.

It was all done correctly. Looked very good. Timely.

I bought Together Forever personalized two heart couple plaque and it’s nothing like the pics on the website. It’s not steady to stay in place and the acrylic design isn’t nice. I don’t recommend this to anyone. It looks better on pics than in person. This will go in the trash.

Ordered two items on July 12th and haven't received either of them.

Terrible product. So disappointed that I will not give this to the intended recipient. This is a joke, plexiglass with a sticker on it.

I ordered the Together Forever - Personalized Two Heart Couple Plaque
It's very nice, but doesn't look anything like the picture whatsoever. It's flat all around , picture is sooooo different, kind of disappointed.

I wanted to purchase a new name plaque for a new member of the family. It would be added to the chain of plaques which I previously received as a gift.
I could not reach any individual who might help to match the new item to the existing in terms of size, color, font. So I guessed as well as I could, using their automated ordering system, but the match was so-so.

Ordered 2 received one... tried to Email them and NEVER received a reply... the one I received will not stick to the seatbelt and is ruined... WASTE of Money... Will not recommend.

Provides Order ID but in the webpage ask for Order ID, Email and Phone Number to track. Seems like more
scamy tactics to get infor out of customers.

Ordering easy, evri stated delivered, but actually arrived two days later!!!
Once the peel taken off, buff it up, will look like picture.
Was disappointed that it's actually flat, I thought it was more like a trophy, but think the recipient will like it.

I ordered one new name plaque July 10th at 8:12pm for a new grandchild to put on an existing plaque I got for Christmas. I realized I put the wrong year I e-mailed at 12:57am they answered at 3:50am(the only way to contact)and was told sorry to late. I also ordered another Family plaque with six names spending 87$ and still have received nothing.

It's been a month and 2 week and still haven't received my necklace im very upset

Product doesn’t match the original design even though I ordered the same color. Shipping cost is outrageous now. If we have another child it would be cheaper to just buy a new setup from another company.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. I do think though they they should attach a hanger io the top plaque to hang it with.

You gave me two of the same thing and never let me know what to do to resolve it.
