This company is awful
This company is awful! I reached out to them a few times after they sent me tracking number that still shows it has not been received for shipment, yet they guaranteed shipment before Christmas !! Im so disappointed that they false advertised. Ive demanded a refund and reported them to my credit card company as scammers. Buyer beware!!!

Product arrived with mutiple missing products, unable to even assemble the sign. Reached out for them to send the hooks, was provided a fake tracking number and hooks never came. Awful customer service and the company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, rude & arrogant. I ordered a family plaque set arrived its cheap made but my mum wanted to keep it for my nana, i tried to order a new name for it & they sent me the wrong colour, I messaged to tell them and it's constant excuses. Unwilling to help me telling me it could be a different colour which isnt on their site when i sent them the original to double check. Dont waste your money company is a scam!

Do not order!
Do not order!! Ordered a Christmas present for my mother in law and it arrived wrong emailed customer services multiple times to be ignored reordered the incorrect part as it's a gift I didn't want it to be wrong and they have resent me the same item 3 times now all incorrect at the expense of me!

Not as Advertised. Poorly made scam product.
It's a very cheap product made on cheap wood. It was not engraved, as it was advertised as being. On top of that, they got my kid's birthday completely wrong -- which I know wasn't sent incorrectly -- and put periods after months of the year like June and April, so that part looks stupid. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother, and now I'm embarrassed to give it to her. This company should be embarrassed to put out this kind of product for what they charge people.
