Starts out with a lower loan amount and daily terms, which helped, but could've given more money to allow me to be in a better position to grow. Something was better than nothing.

Aside from the rates they understandably have to charge for the service they provide, I cannot criticize Strategic Capital in any way. Our rep or loan officer was patient, prompt, polite and professional. God forbid and we find ourselves in a similar situation again, I will contact Strategic first. I am thankful they were recommended to us.

Absolutely phenomenal.
From the first phone call, all the way through to funding - Alex was upfront and sincere about everything. He truly wanted to help - you can sense it in his conversation. He is very knowledgeable and eager to make things work out. Definitely stands apart from someone just looking to sign you up and add another mark in the win column. Alex and Strategic are/is a company I'd like to establish a long-term relationship with.

John Graham, was fantastic to work with, And there is some specific reasons on why you should not only use the company he works for but pick him in specific.
John is very good with interacting with his clients but what made it easy was is accessibility, and his response times. He also made himself available and always shot it to me straight. He jumped through hoops and made things happen. What was most important was their ability to work beyond the working hours to get my account handled. It by that, I choose to work with them and not others. I was actually offered more money than they could get me by another company. But I choose them because of their ability to go above and beyond to meet my needs as a client. In this world of lending, I think and know that there is one thing ALL CLIENTS look for and what most people should shoot for and that is to MAKE EACH CLIENT FEEL LIKE ITS THEIR ONLY CLIENT. By doing that, they set themselves apart from others. And this is why I chose to work with John.
