Good experience, just seems like I as the borrower am put more at risk with the COJ and some of the language in the agreement. We’ll see how it works out. Question, if I was approved for $35K and only borrowed $25K, is $10K still available to borrow immediately?

With some funders, a COJ document can be standard protocol on every file whereas others only require the document once funding size hits a certain threshold (example: $50,000 or above). In reference to your last question, if you were approved for an advance or loan, you'll likely need to wait until you're 40-50% of the way through your term to accept additional funds. If we arranged a business line of credit for you, then yes you can draw up to your maximum line amount at any time! Great experience
I have never done financing that wasn't through a traditional bank, so the process was all new to me. However, the team at Strategic Capital was responsive and resourceful in the process of helping me find the right solution for our company.
