Antwoord van Capital Hire Management Ltd. (PCO Car Hire)
Dear Naveed,
I hope you are well.
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the outcome. We would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
The vehicle was returned without the required two-week notice. As per the agreed rental terms, a one-week rental charge was therefore applicable. In addition, £5 was charged as an administration fee for transferring the PCN.
From your £500 deposit, £245 will be refunded to you after the applicable charges have been deducted.
We are always happy to discuss any concerns directly. If you have any further questions or feel there is any misunderstanding, you are very welcome to contact us by phone or visit our office, and we will be happy to go through again the charges and explain everything clearly. We have always supported our customers and worked to resolve any issues fairly and reasonably.
Kind regards,
Capital Hire Management Ltd.
