Capital Hire Management provided me with a good vehicle at a lower price than most other PCO car hire companies. They have also been very helpful with good customer service.

Amazing service
Amazing service!
Very organized, quickly, helped me to upload documents in my BOLT account and was flexible with time to pickup the car.
Cars are all in very good condition, clean and cheaper than others places.
They installed a leather seat cover for free, so it's easy to clean and looks much nicer now!😍
Strongly recommend Capital Hire! ❤️

Bogdan Stancu …
I had the car for a year and then they stopped my deposit claiming the tires were ruined and they had never changed them even once... I would never buy a car from this company again and I would not recommend it.

I recently had a decent experience with Capital Hire Management Ltd. They offer a good range of vehicles at competitive prices, and their staff is friendly and helpful. The process was straightforward, but overall, I found it to be an average experience. Would still consider them for future rentals.

Just a bit unlucky from my side as the car I had broke down and wasted 2 hours
Then happened again in central London
Engine light come on
So had to stop working and go to the garage in Alperton
Another 3/4 hours wasted
And finally we swop car another few hours wasted
At full price of rental

Hello
Hello! I recently rented an E-Class from Capital Hire, and my experience was outstanding. The team is friendly and efficient, especially the person who assisted me—I believe his name was Ehitisham—who was fantastic. I feel very reassured working with them and hope this positive experience continues. Wishing them all the best for a successful future!

Response to the reply
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the offer to review the evidence in person, but I must address a few points for clarity.
Firstly, when I returned the car, no one mentioned a missing home charger. It was only after I had left that I received a call saying it was missing. I am confident the home charger was in the car, as I never used it myself; I always relied on public chargers. I also requested invoices for the home charger (£250) and the tyre (£40) to verify these claims, but haven’t received them yet.
As for the discounts you mentioned, those were occasional promotional offers and not directly related to my deposit or this issue. While I appreciate them, they don’t offset the current problem with my deposit refund.
I would be more than happy to meet in person to review the evidence, as I believe in transparency and fairness. However, without clear proof of the charges you're claiming, it’s difficult to accept these deductions. I hope we can resolve this fairly and promptly.
