Capper Trading Ltd Reviews

First class even neatly stacked bags of coal at side of house. great job.

Start to finish the hole service was hassle free, with pleasant helpful staff. A pleasure to deal with

Less items put into the boot of vehicle than what I ordered and paid for, by the staff that loads the vehicles in the coal bay.

Informed the company via email once I got home and realised, no response from them. Won't be back, if this is how they treat custom in this day and age.

Very prompt delivery. 10/10.

Fast, relatively cheap and efficient deliver service for all your hating needs.

Great service, ordered and here within the week, second order i’ve placed in last 6 months and couldnt fault the service provided.

Easy to use website and prompt and efficient delivery of goods.

My order got mixed up , it took a few days to sort , but it was ok , not too much hassle for me , coal is very good , I will be back again

Great service, parcel well wrapped and arrived in good time! Thank you.
Sadly fire grates are not as they were and last one has only managed 3 months of use. Hopefully new one will last longer.

Great service, and excellent quality, been buying from them for the past few years, tried a few other suppliers elsewhere but the quality was nowhere near. Using the Doubles in a boiler stove, can't fault them.

👍 Great product and service

Very convenient to book on website, best price offered from several companies I tried, delivered within a couple of days.
Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 40bags of 25kg premium coal (1 ton pallet)for home delivery 25 miles from Capper base. Website said this would complete within 7 days. I also requested driver to give me at least 1 hour notice by telephone so I could meet him at my home.
The phonecall and delivery happened within 3 days exactly as promised at order point.
I was extremely satisfied with the order and delivery process and finally the product was as expected in perfect working order.
All at a good price from customer point of view.

Customer Service was excellent. Thanks

Ordered coal on Tuesday. When I contacted them on the Thursday to find out when it was getting delivered as I hadn’t heard anything from them I was told it would be the following Tuesday. Contacted another company who got it to me the next day.

bought premium doubles low ash - definitely low ash and good fire

Ordered a coal bunker (600kg) off there website with free shipping. The bunker was delivered very fast for such a large item coming from a long way away, around 4 working days. Item was well packed and in good condition on arrival. The dilivery man gave me a call, as I had asked for. He also helped move the bunker round the back of the house.

Really happy with the company, dilivery and product. I would recommend and use again.
