Car.co.uk Reviews

very quick -- collection and payment ,, contact throughout was excellent ..

They arrived sooner than the agreed time for collection, which didn't help but the process was a quick and easy, I would recommend this company.

All information very clear and concise. The V5c was dealt with including informing the DVLA.

Easy to use company. Considering the upset of having to get rid of the car, car.co.uk offered a better price.

Collection was delayed, but Dean still answered my call and assured me he'll be attending.

Lovely guy, polite and friendly.

Thank you.

Service was really quick,,Darren the bloke that picked up car,was really professional, All I had to do was unlock car and turn her over, the rest Darren done,I'm really impressed with service, and would recommend you to others, many thanks baz

Great communication payments within seconds of taken car

Just called to talk about a quote I’d received for car scrapage and they were very unhelpful!!
They wanted me to accept the quote first, and then I was told there was no guarantee I’d get that price!!

Great service from start to finish, kept me informed and answered my questions, pick up driver was very helpful and informative, money was paid into my account as soon as the car was collected

Never any problems with car.co.uk

Everything was done smoothly from booking on the website to collecting the car and the payment into my bank account.

The driver was extremely helpful. The company payed more than any other offer. 10/10 Thank you

Quick efficient service as promised and a phone call 2 hours before collection Jean was amazing.

Quik service on time

Quick and easy. Fast payment after collection. Great service all round. Would use again in future.

Very quick and efficient. Driver was great, very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Payment within minutes of being collected, straightforward to deal with DVLA via the link sent. Would happily recommend or use again myself 😃

I looked on their website and was given a price I was happy with for scrapping my car. I booked Thursday for next day collection. A man called Joshua came and collected my car, took all the necessary paperwork and money was in my bank before he’d even left.
Very happy with the service

Fantastic service quick and easy.

It’s my first experience of having to scrap my family car thats been 9 yr in posession, so it was an emotional one . The positives were that it was extremely easy to book for the collection and i received an extremely quick next day collection, the quoted price was competitive . The collection truck arrived within the booking slot and the truck sriver Artur called me in advance to keep me informed on his arrival . He collected the car, V5c and the keys and confirmed my identity using my Driving license. The reason i have dropped one star is due to the lack of confirmation of collection email notification from car.co.uk despite being mentioned by the emsil oersonnel that it had been sent and asking me to check my junk etc which i did countless times but till now no confirmation has bren received re: the collection for my records apart from my own photo and video evidence i took during collection. I hope they aend that soon . The payment from car.co.uk was super quick too - immediately upon collection . I would certainly recommend to anyone who is considering scrapping their vehicle. Im my case it was a failed MOT where the costs of making it MOT worthy was way over the market value of my car that served me well for s long time . Shame to see the car being scrapped .

very quick to collect the car, money in bank on the same day, would use them again
