I booked BMS Salvage 10th September’26
I booked BMS Salvage company to pick up my BMW X5 for Friday 10th September’26 they called me on the Friday 10th September’26 saying they have the wrong picked up address and instead will be picking up BMW X5 on Wednesday 16th September’26
Wednesday 16th September’26.
I’m told they’re truck has broken down and won’t be able to pick up my BMW X5 until Friday 18th September’26.
Friday 18th September’26.
My BMW X5 OV10UFZ was collected on Friday 18th September’26 but I have not received payment on that day as agreed.
Monday 21st September’26
I called BMS Salvage Company and requested an explanation of the vehicle being collected from D&D AUTOS premises and now BMS Salvage Company is looking into it and will contact me back.
I eventually got to speak to the manager who told me the vehicle has been collected and they will pay me today. (Monday21st)
Unfortunately, no reason was given why they didn’t pay me last week Friday knowing that the Vehicle was already collected on Friday 18th

Even though D&D Autos told me that my vehicle was collected last week Friday, I requested a speak to the manager, the hole confusion had taken the manager to sort out.
