Terrible. Sent a message saying postpone the pickup until the following Wednesday as I still had my stop-start battery, a brand new run flat tyre and my tools In the boot. You must had thought Christmas had come early. Disgusting to say the least. I’ll never get it back.

The driver who collected the vehicle…
The driver who collected the vehicle was very pleasant however the telephone call with the operative wasn't completed correctly as she didn't finish off the conversation after she spoke to the driver. Also the first person I spoke to on the telephone didn't appear to know how things worked with regards to paying for the vehicle I had salvaged.

They picked the car up from the garage. It was a non-starter. I was absolutely distraught when I was told it was far more to repair than the car was worth and to write off. I didn't have to be present which was good as it was a good car and enabled me to make many happy memories and I couldn't have watched it go. Staff at the garage said the guy was pleasant. Thank you

I would give this company 0 stars if I could they dont give you quoted price when you tell them all the details of the car and the damage on the car when they pick it up take it away they tell you they are giving you a different price due to damage even tho they have notes saying about the damage then they say someone will call back absolutely nothing its just a con dont trust them at all
