Thieves
Thieves. AVOID. Reduced offer from £450 to £300 when collector was already there on grounds that the spark plugs were on the floor. They had been removed for diagnostic. They claim there were parts missing, which was a flagrant lie. No requirement was stated in advance that the parts needed to be replaced in situ. Arrogant on phone.

Antwoord van Car.co.uk
We strongly refute the allegations made in this review. Our original quote of £450 was based on the vehicle being complete, with no missing or removed parts. At collection, parts of the engine, including the spark plugs, had been removed and placed in the boot. As the vehicle did not meet the condition originally quoted, the offer was revised to £300. As a gesture of goodwill, we increased this to a final agreed price of £325.
We also firmly disagree with your comments about our team member. Our staff member was patient, clear and professional throughout the conversation. We appreciate you were unhappy with the revised offer, but this was based on the vehicle’s actual condition, not an attempt to mislead or treat you unfairly.
