From start to finish you’ve been helpful, informative and an absolute pleasure to deal and communicate with. My mother has dementia and all workman ie Cory and Austin and the heater fitters (sorry can’t remember their names) have been understanding and patient with my mother ( very much appreciated). You all should be proud of yourselves in this current working world! First class job and perfect customer service- well done 👏

The team that carried out the installation of the insulation and other areas of the project were professional, hardworking, polite and a pleasure to have on site. It makes a change to see such calibre of work.

They explained everything at every stage, good health and safety measues in place including hazard signs. Very Impressed. They were helpful, clean and very tidy, meticulous with their clean up. Highly recommend their service, expertise and caring nature.

Luke Cooper who is an Electrician with Carbon Rewind Installed my Storage heaters yesterday and today, his work was excellant. I was nervous as I didn't want truncking round the room etc but it was done so neatly that you really didn't mind, he also cleaned up after him and actually brought his own hoover. I would like to give him 10/10 for a job well done

Our process has been a difficult and loooong one. The first survey in 2023/2024 was botched and they didn't tell us whist we patiently waited for the 'upto 12 weeks for grant approval' so i chased them for an answer after then and that is how i found out! Not good. Excuses followed. Anyway the next house survey was good and the process seemed to move along quickly but the first insulation and heating installation was a mixed bag with general poor communication and planning between workers and departments. The electrician workers did a good job under time pressure anyway. Then Ram and his brother did a fantastic job (on time) with flat roof insulation, no complaints and polite hard workers. Bead insulation (delayed) was a bit of a joke, beads still everywhere to this day and lots of back and forth with photos taken/not taken e.t.c. then the scaffold team were super efficient which was about a month ago now as the office ordered the wrong rails and clips for our roof and i had to chase that to resolve it, otherwise i was met with 'person will call you back' and usually didn't! Roofers were good despite having to drive 4 hours to get here multiple times due to office cock-ups, so not very carbon friendly! Now waiting to hear back from lead person as our inverter has stopped working a week in. Waiting for a response, not confident to get one so will probably have to call them as usual. So overall the work was carried out to reasonable standards if and when you can get hold of the 'right' person in charge of your case to get the workers here but from our experience expect to constantly have to call and chase the office as communication and updates to customers seem to be pretty poor, unfortunately. Anyway 10 months into the process and we hope to be done soon! Communication is key here.

From start to finish Carbon Rewind have provided a 1st Class Service.
At every stage we had all of our options clearly explained which enabled us to make informed decisions. They treated our home with respect & encouraged us to ask any questions that we might have.
David the Surveyor took us through every option available to us & encouraged us to ask questions whilst explaining the positives & negatives of each option.
Adam & his team fitted the Air Source Heat Pump & associated plumbing ensuring that they caused minimum disruption at all times. They worked hard to ensure that the job was done as quickly & as professionally as possible.
John & Bruce the Electricians carried out their part of the process in a friendly & efficient manner. Again they talked us through what they were doing & encouraged questions.
When Lewis arrived to install the PIV work was already in full flow with the fitting of the ASHP & plumbing. He worked around Adam & his team & fitted the PIV very quickly without causing any disruption.
The Solar Panels, Loft Insulation & Trickle Vents were fitted by Cory. He worked very quickly & left everything clean & tidy.
Jim the Heating Engineer Commissioned the System. He took the time & trouble to ensure that we understood the system & how to operate the controls.
The day following the installation of the ASHP all of the rubbish that had been generated by the installation was removed. Followed quickly by he delivery of the Solar Panels & associated equipment. Danny & Frankie ensured that everything was left clean, neat & tidy.
Alison is a mine of information, nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always bright, cheerful & exceptionally helpful. She ALWAYS returns phone calls & replies to emails. So a big THANK YOU
Lastly a very genuine Thank You to Andrew (Director) who called a couple of times to ensure that we were happy with everything & make sure that we had no queries.
At all stages the work carried out by the personnel from Carbon Rewind has been very professional & every one involved has been hard working & polite. They have treated our home with care & respect.
We would recommend Carbon Rewind to anyone who is considering having this type of work carried out. The standard of service & workmanship is second to none.

Luke Cooper was legendary. He was quick, efficient and did an immaculate job. Two extractor fans were installed perfectly.

7 weeks on and still trying to get scaffolding removed from my property. After being given a date and it was another no show and a wasted day waiting for both myself and my neighbours the scaffolding company have ignored me and carbon rewind have no answer for when they propose to remove it. I am at my wits end - the scaffolding blocks the doors to the garden and the only access I have had over the last 7 weeks is from the front and through the garage. Please think very carefully about using this company.

Gentian attached the solar panels onto our roof. He was friendly, efficient, on time and got the job done.

Luke Cooper at Carbon Rewind did an outstanding job fixing my outdoor lights and installing an electrical outside plug. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. He got along great with my husband, great communication skills and friendly, we both appreciated how quickly he completed the work without any hassle. It was a pleasure having him work on behalf of the council, and I would highly recommend him. Top service!

Luke Cooper came this a.m to do my extractor fan in the kitchen and put one in the bathroom, he explained to me what he was doing. Very polite man cleaned up after making a mess. Had no problem with luke and the company. He even hooverd my landing for me.

Thanks to Owen for connecting up the solar panels. Really nice guy and a pleasure to have him in our home

Two wonderful guys spent many hours making sure the replacement storage heaters were installed. They were courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them Thank you JOHN and BRUCE for a brilliant service. Carbon rewind you are fortunate to have these two guys on your team.

Contacted this company for the eco4 grant.
Surveyor came round,spent 2 hours at our property,recommended we have new gas boiler,solid wall insulation,heat controls,fans in bathrooms.
That was in May,chased them up ever since for work to begin and keep getting fobbed off
Mid July I get an email stating eco4 scheme has been paused due to funding issues
Apologies for inconvenience etc..
I haven’t heard from them since, I have 30 year old boiler,not in use so no heating or hot water
So I am now in the process with another company and hopefully see it through 🙏
No real explanation as to why funding has been cut,yet still they advertise the eco4 scheme on their website

This is a very toxic and unhealthy workplace. This was in a fact one of my worst work experiences to date, I didn’t want to do this review but if it can save anyone else, it’s worth it. I think the company was started by two friends who saw an opportunity to make some money and nothing else. There’s absolutely no synchronicity in the office, it appears that no manager actually knows what they’re supposed to be doing. The training is abysmal, thankfully there are some genuinely lovely people in the office and you will rely on these people to learn your job. Your workload will endlessly grow but your wage, appreciation or hours in the day will not. The office is very small and they’ve just taken over half of the already small lunch space for ‘meeting rooms’. They love a meeting here, anything to waste time and feel important. It’s also a very unprofessional office where you can expect inappropriate remarks and to be shouted at by ‘directors’, or my personal favourite, be taken on a walk to the park by a director so they can find out what music you like and ask you to a festival. I sometimes wonder had I pandered to this, if my experience here may have been different. They promote mental health in the workplace but the place is so stressful that you literally won’t go a week without consoling someone at work in tears. There’s no consistency with the tradesmen, you will find yourself constantly having to rebook customers due to tradesmen not showing up. You will also watch tradesmen continuously be given chances to disrespect the company, all whilst your office colleague has just had their probation extended for 4th time for genuinely no real reason. And that’s not an exaggeration. The customer experience here truly is awful. Managers have diary meeting where they will completely change bookings despite having never spoken to the customers or having any understanding of their situations. They also won’t always tell you what’s been moved which is super. I’d highly recommend avoiding this company, there are far many higher paying nicer companies, with perks I might add.
