Sarah Cornford was exceptional. She knew everything about the services offered by Carium and dealt with my needs and preferences with complete confidence and knowledge.

I rang this company (Careium) which was 2nd on my list of 6 to get a quote for a personal Alarm for my husband.
I spoke with a lovely young lady called Sophie Farrant.
She was so warm and friendly but remained professional at all times.
She explained everything to me and listened and answered all my questions.
Her customer care was 2nd to none.
Needless to say I didn’t continue down my list and I ordered the personal Alarm whilst on the phone.
Thank you Sophie, you are lovely.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the setting up of the contract to the termination everything was dealt with professionally and everyone was helpful and kind. Denys Oleksiienko in the Finance Department was very polite and kind when speaking with him on cancelling the contact. Many thanks to all the staff.

Our current care link provider had given notice to end its service and so having reviewed our options we decided to make arrangements with Careium who collected all the necessary information and confirmed that a Elisa would be delivered within the next three days unfortunately the unit did not arrive and as time was running out we contacted Careium to raise our concerns and thankfully Amy Woolett in customer service came to the rescue and quickly made all the necessary arrangements to have the unit delivered the next day she also ensured its arrival confirming delivery and offered any additional support this was extremely important to us and we’re very grateful for her professional support and conduct in this matter

Always been good. Cancelled service today as husband has gone into full time residential care. Would definitely use them for myself if it was ever needed.

A few days ago I phoned to get further information about an alarm and optional extra products. I spoke to Amy (advisor) who was charming, kind, and extremely helpful. After the conversation she sent an email in simple straightforward language to confirm the information she had given me at my request. I couldn't have been more grateful for her help and explanations.

My conversation with Yvonne Szigeti was sadly to cancel my father’s contract as he has recently passed away. Yvonne dealt with my queries so efficiently & with so much compassion. She must be a valued member of your customer service team. Thank you Yvonne.

I called the company today to discuss getting a life line for my dad and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I spoke to Amy Woollet, she was very kind and empathetic for the reasons of us needing the life line in place. The ordering was so simple and the product arrives this Wednesday! Amy talked me through everything and made the process very easy so far!

Spoke to a gentleman who’s name is Ahmad valli regarding the delivery of a life line digital upgrade for my mother in law who is deaf. He explained clearly and concisely why it was being upgraded and what needed to be done. Ahmad valli is a credit to your company, thank you Ahmad for your valued support.

Excellent customer service all round from Careium, and especially Denys Oleksiienko, who was super efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend Careium and the product.

Cheryl made sure an engineer sorted out a problem with my mother (who is ninety six years old) with her falls alarm system. She spent time and made an effort liaising and organising things to ensure success and l was delighted to get it all fixed so quickly.

Spoke to Mohammed Ali when I had to inform the company that my mother, a customer of Careium, had sadly passed away. He was very sympathetic and kind and made the whole process very easy.
My mother had cause to use her alarm a few times and the operators were also always very helpful. I can highly recommend Careium for peace of mind.

A good experience in difficult times when family members need extra care, Careium were very helpful while guiding us through the process. When the time came for us no longer needing the service it was easy to cancel and Denys Oleksiienko was very helpful and thoughtful.We hope we wont need this service again but if we do we will use. Very knowledgeable and helpful service from Fizza Hussain, who answered all our questions. We have also appreciated the service via my mum's alarm since she has had it.
